Adrienne Rathburn from Cabinets to go was recommended to me as a wonderful person and kitchen designer to work with and is selling a great product and both proved to be true! The cabinets are wonderful and so well made. She was attentive and awesome in helping to design our kitchen. She was very thorough and on top of how their company worked . She explained all the different options available . She always answered my questions with great patience and and always treated me respectfully. She is wonderful at answering her phone. When I called no matter how busy and if she was working with someone she would ask me to call back in a little bit or return my call giving the client her utmost attention. She had explained to a” T” the process of designing, ordering , financing, receiving, delivering, installation etc. she new the drill like that back of her hand and all went as she explained. She is a very busy and hardworking person. She is a real asset to the “Cabinets To Go” company and sells a great product! The company is lucky to have her for sure. By far the worst experience and quality ever!! If there was only a half a star as a review, that’s what I would have given them. We only spent just under $13,000(must not have been enough ) and the rude “manager “ was nothing more than a joke after replacing 11 out of 13 door and 2 side panels because of the poor quality of materials…. DONT EXPECT MUCH from here or HER with any help or explanation of the damage or the sizes of trim….. it was so horrible we had to order the trim out of a different location (Long Island) because they stop answering phone calls after 3:30-4pm here in Syracuse!! If anyone would like to see the quality of there product let me know we have all the pictures and text messages back and forth to the “manager” 9+weeks later we can now finish our Kitchen!! They had plenty of chances to reach out to us with many messages, asking for them to reach out to us to fix the problem before I got to this point!!!! On a side note the install company did a 5 star...
