Ordered food off of grubhub (which was probably my first mistake), but we had coupons and figured it wouldn't hurt because HK has nevernever steered me wrong in the past. Our order came and they not only forgot the soda we ordered, but gave us the wrong items. No problem, simple human error. When we called to inform them of the mistake in hopes to get the mistake resolved, the woman who answered the phone insisted that what we had ordered was correct. In the 10 years that I've been ordering HK, I've never got white rice. Not only that, but the woman who my girlfriend had spoke to in order to get the issue resolved was not only extremely hesitant, but equally condescending. After several (and I lost count after five times of her asking), she finally handed the phone to what we both believed was the owner (or manager on duty). When explaining the situation to the manager, the first thing out of his mouth was "Next time call the store for an order and do not use Grubhub". I'm sorry, I didn't realize that a business that associated itself with an online order placing organization would insist on having us contact the store directly if they have this option for us to avoid that at the convenience of doing so at the comfort of my cell phone. If they really feel this way, what's the pointpoint of Grubhub? The second thing that bothered me is the manager constantly talked over us and insisted us that what was delivered was correct. Absolutely horrible customer service. It's so sad that this business has hired people who just don't care anymore. The taste of the food is not even worth the headache you have to gamble before dialing the phone to place an order, or go on Grubhub to place it. I hope your experience with this business isn't even a fraction of how horrible mine and those around me is and possibly will be in the future. Just don't place the order over the Internet. Unless you want to be talked to in a condescending tone "if grubhub is too confusing, call thethe store next...

I was not trying to get any money out of it I just wanted a apology or at least another meal that would be fresh because I spent money on food that was not even edible. there is bones and mystery items that look like bugs in there food. It taste like they do not even use real chicken and do not care how they make their food. i have been going there for years and have never had a problem like this the women i spoke to deserves to be fired. The customer is always correct and they do not follow these guidelines. I am very unhappy with the way they have treated us after the thousands of dollars we have spent with them over the years. they used to never be this bad but now they just need to be shut down. You do not disrespect your customers no matter what. Anyone and everyone should do anything they can to see that this place is closed. I ordered $70 worth of food (mind you this was my second order because uber eats cancelled the first one due to the driver taking way to long. Me and my family waited 2 hours for our food just for them to cancel) they also charged me a $10 cancellation fee. So I reorder our food which also took too long and after waiting 2 hours for the first order that got cancelled I wasn’t about to make my family wait again so I cancelled and because I cancelled after they were “preparing” the food they kept ALL MY MONEY! I contact uber eats they keep saying it’s nothing they can do for a refund. I also called the restaurant and they saying it’s nothing they can do and to call uber eats. 1. Uber eats already said there’s nothing they can do for a refund and I spoke with multiple “human” agents! 2. If you can get uber eats on the phone you’re lucky! 3.This is not how you treat loyal customers who spending their hard earned money. It’s not fair. IDC if I cancelled while the food was being prepared, I didn’t receive it so I should be getting my money back regardless.
