I greatly belive in customer service which basically is the experience a customer will take when they leave the store.
Sadly this location has no experience in giving adequate service......i will have to change my name to the invisible man.
Two employees attending the bookstore no costumers I walk in and they eyed me, I was hoping for a welcome or good afternoon, may I help you or something, I guess it was to darn difficult for them to be courteous to an hispanic man.
I tried starting a conversation with one of them, but she kept looking at the ceiling I guess it was to challenging to simply be nice.
I left the store and I wasn't acknowledge, not a " thank you for stopping by " or have a good day......i can hear there loud conversation over their working hours and their days of being there.
I hope the owner, a representative or the manger get to read this, and can help there employees with on the job training, being courteous and having values.......
I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone ......and hopefully can learn from...

They send 100’s of books to prisoners every month based on prisoners’ requests. It’s a beautiful space and worthy of your patronage. ...
