What a gorgeous, clean, friendly, welcoming store. There's no negative point in my book for this establishment. The staff is at the ready to greet you and help you with any questions you have. Prices are just right and more than fair, if you want to bargain bring in your trades. Still need to save a dollar or two? Ask the staff. What I love about Lost Levels LLC is that they're very clean with their products, games are cleaned out and put out with the up most respect to the customer. I once asked the owner and he told me, "I put out games the same way I'd like to buy them if I were a customer". That right there shows a store that values the customer experience. The store is packed with retro games, merchandise, newer games and various other video game related materials. All priced just right and if you're looking for something in particular they have another store located in Fullerton that might have it, so ask away. One tip I have is if you see an upcoming game you want and want to support a small business, ask to reserve it for $5! You get a better value here with trades than a big store like Gamestop so you'll probably end up getting a new game and having credit leftover for something else! They also have a point system attached to your phone number, ask about it. I've had times I forgot about it and they'll mentioned I made enough to cash out on 25% off my entire order, heck this week I got a $5 off coupon for being a loyal customer. So you win on all fronts here and I highly recommend you take a look around! There's also an arcade that is really cheap to play unlimited games! They have an hourly rate and the staff constantly cleans the machines and surfaces, to be safe. What a store! Love this store and will continue to...

On top of selling lots of retro video games and equipment, this store has an arcade with a fee for 1 hour or all day. I've been able to buy good condition physical games from here. In addition, the arcade room has a good variety of games to play, from Pac-Man, Final Fight, Guitar Hero, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Pinball machines, etc. Having unlimited continues really bolsters the playability of these arcade games, since you won't have your quarters on the line.

I was here a year ago in March and they had House of the Dead 2, which I really liked. I even completed the story on it. Sadly it's not there anymore, but the variety of arcade games always ensures you have plenty to play around with.

I will probably return one day and get an all day pass with more friends so we can play Simpsons...

Update on the Arcade - The arcade area has been redone. There are now 7 pinball machines total. 5 downstairs and 2 upstairs. The 5 downstairs are all tied to the Stern Pinball Network so you can track your scores as you play. The pinball machines are not the latest and newest models but are all free play.

Definitely a place to go and level up your pinball skills without dropping massive amounts of quarters at other pinball locations.

It's definitely great because my ten year old can finally practice at pinball freely on more modern machines that he wants to play with achievement tracking. Can easily spend a full hour or more here now without worrying about finances for video games,...

From the perspective of my 80/90 internal kid... This places is awesome. Going down the stairs it felt like going back in time to a time where I spend hours playing some of my favorite games or until my mom send my sister to get me before I spent the groceries money on another try, lol... I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. There is a old school Nintendo with my name on it. Maybe even read Ready Player One to get in the mood... One thing I would of love to see more next time is old classic movies (80/90 classics maybe even in DHS) and books/comics, just a suggestion. Overall a GREAT blast from the past and a new connection for newer generations. Continue? 10,9,8...

This is a nice little spot. With both retro (NES is the oldest) and modern consoles, games and accessories to purchase upstairs, and a small arcade downstairs, this is a fun place to spend a few hours. The arcade downstairs isn't very well decorated, it basically looks like a concrete basement, but once you are playing the games, it doesn't matter anyhow! The games were mostly in good working order, although there were a few joystick maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The whole area was pretty neat, with lots of nearby places to eat, so it's the total package. (Unless you're looking for Pinball - They don't have any Pinball tables)

Serious about keeping sanitized this clean and unique shop offers some classic console games upstairs with other fun Mario merchandise. Down into the basement looks like an old stone cellar. Once in the basement one finds many classic video games. Many of the real classics like Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Road B’laster, Donkey Kong, Tron, and many more allow one to play at either the half hour rate ($7) or the full hour rate at ($10 per person). Staff is friendly and the space is set up well for families or folks wanting to relive the glory days when a few quarters could get you a high score on Centipede.
