Start by saying this is a high-end hair salon, not a spa; a glass of wine does not count. I'm sad to say goodbye to a place I enjoyed having my hair and eyelashes on a regular base. I am a great client and ensure each person working with me is taken care of.
Lately a considerable change in Tiffany's Hair Spa with certain employees, which is not good. The last straw when there, maybe 25 mins working on my hair, too busy socializing, threw me out the door after I spent over two hundred plus, for what? A chopped-up haircut, no bangs, not textured, it was that bad! I am saddened to see my stylists more into hanging with the "Top girls" who work there, acting like teens; when it's supposed to be an upscale spa," those like me who pay top dollar are treated like a regular chain salon is why people leave. We are there to unwind, pampered, leaving there polished, not just our credit card! My mistake to decide to come back years later, hoping the drama here had changed; For a while, I thought so. I loved my color and hair and the add-on spa treatments I had to ask for; the products I loved, once again, should not have to ask. Tiffany's is a full-service offering of extensions, facials, and eye extensions, but not how expected when going to a spa. Part of Tiffany's lack is the spa department, a few-minute hair massage doesn't count.
In the spa area, the girl lacks personality and a job; she is not there because she likes her career. I had no clue what services she offered,
The spa room, far from looking like a spa to a tiny, not very clean, same sheets used by all clients, I still do not know all there is to offer; I had the time and money to be pampered.
I do not see this as a spa, ONLY a hair salon; if you do not ask, no clue what the spa side offers!
To those who offer service, reflect on the salon when you do not communicate, treating them as second-rate customers when too busy socializing with staff stopping by, I doubt I will EVER be back, which is a shame; though things have changed, I am sure there are a few great stylists here, and the atmosphere for me changed over the last few appointments.
It was never about the money spent, easily 250- 300 spent; however, I would like to be treated halfway nice for this price. I do expect, each time I come in, excellent service. Hair Cuttery would have done a better job on my last haircut. It was that bad. It's my same haircut; how can you mess something up you have been doing for almost a year??
I believe all paying customers should be able to relax and feel good when walking out the door. Those who spend a lot more should be given the service they have paid for.
During my last time there, I believe some staff was too busy working on each other, joking around, rude, and had no pride in their work, as told by some employees on days that are slow or overbooked stylist.
Sad, I enjoyed my time here until the last few months; it will probably take several months to grow back what was whacked off my hair, leaving me with no bangs, completely gone, sticking straight out. This was a quiet day; she did not even style my hair. I chose to leave names out; hopefully, the owner will read and see a problem here again.
The spa down the street just gained a new client, as it has excellent reviews. I do not recommend it when there are tons of 5-star spas in Clarksville, TN.
This is not a spa but a rented room; the owner has no clue what she does, how clean, or what she offers besides lashes. I had asked for a facial; I guess she was to depressed a day she forgot her meds. If Tiffany is renting out the" spa" part, the front should be booking, knowing how she is doing or exactly how she is turning customers away due to her mental issues. A spa is not a glass of wine and lashes. Especially when you have to ask the staff what she does, she defines her hours that fit her weekly changing schedule; no clue but eyes ( wax or lashes) is pretty sad. Just know when you are there, it's not run by Tiffany's, a rented-out part they promote, when it's only...

Had an appointment scheduled back on 4-SEPT with Shannon at Tiffanyâs Hair Salon and Day Spa. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00am, so I was sure to arrive early. I walked in at 8:55 and let the receptionist know who I was there to see, and what time my appt was. She said âokay, I will go let her know.â She never left her chair, but she did pick up the phone, so I assumed she was letting Shannon know I was here. Ten minutes go by, and the receptionist still had not let me know if Shannon was late, or if she even notified her I was in the waiting room. Twenty minutes pass, and nobody still has an update for me, and I am the ONLY client in the waiting area. Finally, THIRTY mins later, the same gal asks me, âwho are you here to see again??â đ.....
After I told her, and mentioned ive now been here for 45 minutes sitting out here, she got up and started walking back to where the stylists were cutting hair. I could see her in the mirror, on a cell phone making a call. She never came back out to me and said âoh sheâs running lateâ, or , âI let her know youâre hereâ...nothing. After waiting some more for someone, ANYONE to let me know what was going onâI walked out đ.
I know. Such a Karen complaint, right? But Iâve worked in customer service for YEEEARS. I would NEVER let my patient/client/customer just SIT in front of me for 40 minutes, let alone 15 without keeping them updated. Thatâs my job. To provide excellent service to my customer. The customer service was nonexistent. Multiple stylists walked right past me and said nothing. For 40 minutes. Not once did anyone ask me in that 40 minutes that I was sitting in the waiting room if I had been helped, or if I needed anything. I was the ONLY client in the waiting room that morning. They werenât hoppinâ and poppinâ that early. I even stood up multiple times to try and gain the attention of somebody, anybody, but to no avail. I didnât just walk back onto the floor, because COVID restrictions and I wasnât trying to make a big scene, or attempt to ruin any business with any clients there at the time. After I walked out, I never received a call back nor did they ever attempt to make it right.
I am a SAHM/MIL wife. My time is precious and limited. My husband had a four day and that was the ONLY reason I was able to go. I donât have childcare nor can I afford it...(Exactly why it was a year since my last cut.) Luckily I called Bombshells and told them what happened and they were able to get me in that afternoon. (They were SO nice and the salon is beautiful!) When I left a review on their site and said âThanks for nothing, and thanks for not even trying to make it right. đ¤ˇđťââď¸â I was accused of trying to ruin their business online and then pretty much blamed for not being the one to make the simple task of calling them back, even after I sat there for 40 mins giving them all the time in the world to make it right then. Me, the client they dropped the ball on, am the one now being blamed by âClarksvilles bestâ. I was then told my stylist had an âemergency surgery the night before and hadnât let her clients know she wouldnât be in that dayâ, but they also said I was âscheduled on her off day, and they had no idea how that happened.â
I wasnât trying to ruin a business. I was simply letting the establishment know they lost money and a client due to poor CS. Any easy fix. And it was their loss because let me tell you, I was there ready to đđ˝drop.đđ˝some.đđ˝money. on ALLL the Moroccan products there. Like I said, I RARELY give myself any âme timeâ and the hubby let mama loose to go treat herself that day!! It was also my birthday đ đ˝. Yâall loss,...
Read morei've been going to this salon for a little over 3 years now , there aren't any places near me that i trust with doing my hair so i always travel to clarksville (an hour away from home) in order to have my hair done . things seem to go well each time but supposedly the staffs have had multiple complaints about me yet rather than address me about them , just discussed it amongst themselves until they decided to no longer service me with absolutely no warning in advance & no chance to resolve any conflicts . i have a very , very important trip in a little over a week & i have been trying to get in for an appointment for my hair for longer than a week now . the communication is severely lacking , the responses given were misleading & confusing . . going back & forth between seeming like we would be able to get an appointment . i have been trying to get an appointment since june 9th & was not told until the 14th that they would no longer service me . my family has been trying to contact them about why or try to resolve conflict but as stated previously , the communication is just not there . . i am lucky to receive a message back days later . the most recent advancement that was made was being told that i would be contacted on the 17th , it is now the 19th & our calls are being declined & messages ignored . i have a total of three days to find a new salon that can do my hair , as i have other appointments to make before my trip . a little more communication could have saved me the trouble of being in such a stressful situation but it simply was not there . the people who work at this salon are talented , & i enjoyed going there up until this point . . i understand not being able to service everyone , but i advise against going here solely for the lack of communication & professionalism . a stylist also lied to my face very recently , telling me multiple times that it was okay that i had changed my mind about an appointment & then supposedly telling all of the other staffs that she was actually really p!ssed off that i did not go through with it ? communicating honestly with your customers should not be so hard & it shows such a huge lack of professionalism . i am so devastated that a salon i've gone to for so long has treated me like this , it is very unprofessional , unreliable , & apathetic .
small update / edit : i found a new salon with a lovely , gossip-free atmosphere & my hair turned out perfect . my point still stands however , the stress & general lack of communication / professionalism here is not worth it , especially now knowing that there are salons with talented stylists & less gossip /...
