Even though it's been over eight months since I've gone to this Dollar Tree location. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful even though it looks like people have done Panic shopping at this location. I could tell that some of the Shoppers were bewildered by how little was on the shelves and certain Isles. I give big kudos to the lady who is stalking items and informed a couple of the customers. That they are waiting for shipment of product and the hope is to have the shelves restocked within 24 hours or less. And given the current situation that is affecting all businesses right now. I tip my hat and bow to these awesome workers that were there tonight for keeping up an awesome level of customer service even though some of the customers were seeming to be rather stressed out. My prayer is at Dollar Tree at this location sticks around because they are a light in this crazy time to help guide shoppers through the fog. Read moreThe guy at the register was great. I had asked to use the restroom and the guy stated back left corner someone would meet me there with key. I went back that way and did not see a door visible or an employee anywhere (where I’m from the door is on the left side or in the back stock room). Well I went through the doors to the back and I didn’t see a restroom there either. Needless to say, I was met by a female worker raising her voice at me while throwing her hands up at the sign saying, “what! you can’t read!” It took everything in my soul to not say what I wanted to say but instead I told her, you don’t have to be so rude. I don’t know who this female worker is but she needs to be disciplined and cameras rolled back to see her bad behavior ; I didn’t get a name because I was too upset and just wanted to get out of that store as fast as I could because my heart was racing from being upset. Read moreI visited this Dollar Tree around noon to purchase a single item, but my experience was extremely disappointing due to poor customer service. Despite there being a long line of 15 customers, only one cashier was working the register. Meanwhile, I counted at least five employees restocking shelves in different aisles, none of whom showed any urgency to assist with the growing line. Adding to the frustration, the cashier at the register had no name tag, no uniform, and was wearing AirPods while working. Even the manager, who briefly appeared from the office, also had AirPods in, which gave the impression of disengagement from both employees and customers. This lack of attentiveness and disregard for customer service made for a frustrating shopping experience.
