This is one of the best service businesses I've ever had the pleasure of using.The Owner Ravi is extremely friendly and fantastic in his craft.I took a gold chain that was ripped into his shop as a last chance to save it.He not only was able to repair it, but he cleaned it up so that it now looks as good as the day I bought it.Special Acknowledgement to him and his shop as well for holding on to my necklace way longer than any other jeweler likely would of.I live around 4 hours away and due to life and job duties I did not make it back down to Clermont for 9 months.I walked in thinking it's likely been disposed of but after laughing about the date on my ticket he walked back and immediately returned with it.I will take care of all future jewelry repair needs with Golden Touch and Ravi going forward and I promise them I won't leave my item for 9 months next time!!..Highly recommend using...

Absolutely the best experience. After another local jeweler "hacked up" my grandmother's engagement ring (I was attempting to convert it to a pendant and I cried as I walked out with an ugly , unusable piece), I decided not to give up and found Golden Touch. I explained to Ravi (incredibly caring individual who's also and artist who takes pride in his work... at an exceptionally fair price) what happened and what I was trying to accomplish. In one week he called me to pick up the finished product and I went from tears of disgust to tears of joy. He turned the junk into a beautiful piece that reminds me of grandma but is my style for my wedding. I will only come here...

Absolutely wonderful experience with this business today! I've had a watch in need of a battery for too many years and was concerned it would no longer work (I would never go back to the jewelers on 50). Mr. Ramchand at Golden Touch was a great find and any repairs or purchase I need in the future, I will be going back to him. He quickly and efficiently replaced the battery and fixed my necklace without a hitch and for less than I would've expected to pay. I am really pleased with his honesty...
