BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT order any electronics with their partnership with Connās. I ordered over $1400 worth of merchandise on 11/24/22. Part of the order was an 85ā Samsung TV. Everything was delivered, except for the TV. I received an email to confirm that someone over 18 would be there on 12/2/2022 to sign and receive the TV. I confirmed. The email stated they would call between 3:00-5:00 for delivery. No one called. TV was never delivered. I know no one delivered because I live in a gated community and never released the gate code to get in. Fast forward 10 days. I have called the Belk customer service number 3 times. Been on hold for over 25 minutes each time to only be disconnected. EVERY SiNGLE time. So, I call Connās, they actually answer the phone. First person informs me that they canāt help me that there is a separate department for Belk orders. Sends me back, get cut off again. Called back Connās, and someone else answered was trying to help me, stated her manager was going to call Belk and call me back, because they donāt understand what I ordered-they donāt have that model number. They gave us a gift card for the amount of the gift and their one customer service person told me they couldn't give us cash because it was my fault I never told the gifter to use a credit card instead of a debit card (how was I supposed to know?).
He wasn't interested in anything at the store, so we decided to find something online. I went online to get him what he wanted and it tells us that they put $0 on the gift card (it should have been $54) and when you call the gift card customer service number you get a recording for their credit card and you can't get a human being to help you.
I would never recommend this store that literally treats people with terrible service and then steals gift card money from kids'...

After searching 20 mins we could not find her size. An announcement went over the loud speaker saying "our sales associates are happy to assist you in finding your size, color and brand." So we searched the entire store. We found 1 employee at the makeup counter with 5 people in line. Then another employee at a cash register with 3 people in line. This employee said they were the only 2 working and she couldnt leave the register to help. This is a big store with lots of customers. Having only 2 employees at 1130am on a Thursday is ridiculous.
