Want to say thank you to Richard Ruszala and Matt Spina for all they did for me last week. We had a lift rented for the day and was pulling wire when we discovered one of the wire cuts was damaged. Fearing that we would have to rent the lift for an additional day I contacted Richard about the damaged wire. He not only dropped what he was doing and found me another wire cut but also went and got it from another store and drove it out to me. Thank you guys for all the hard work. Approximately 2 months ago my husband left a lens cover from one of our light fixtures at the store in order to receive a replacement estimate. A month later after NEVER receiving the estimate my husband went to retrieve our lens cover only to find it had been DESTROYED.
