I dont even know where to begin. I asked an employee several times for help, as she is clearly following me. Tiding up shelves and doing regular employee things one would normally observe in a Target. I get no help. This employee is literally going every where around me, than to speak to me. Yet continues to make eye contact and at times almost suspiciously trying to see me. However won't speak to me. Then when I finally get this Target employee to initiate a dialog, common among employee/customer relations..... I get told no they won't get someone to help me. So 2 more times, I attempt to understand why this clear Target employee doesn't want to help me. But I get nothing but attitude....
Again, I'm confused. Why am I being treated like this???? I just want to know about the Jbl xbox headsets. I was just in GameStop and The Exchange next door. Then got recommended by one of them to ask an employee if they could look up this headset for me. So with my bags clearly on my person from my recent purchases from both of these stores. Literally connected to your location.
I attempt to get some groceries. I already had my 2nd favorite drink, Perrier, held in my hand to purchase. Spoke with my friend on the phone while looking for some cookies my roomate desired me to get from Target specifically. Just like I went to get my Perrier there and to inquire about the Jbl Xbox headset. (Which I still don't have)............ Anyway.... However instead of purchasing what I had already decided to purchase from what I thought was another fine Target location. I got called stupid from one of your employees. Got told I was making a fool of myself. Got escorted, after I decided the employees were being incredibly threatening to my person. I felt extremely unsafe and actually had my flight or fight mode activated. As a 90% disabled Infantry veteran from the United States Army. To that have made me feel as unsafe as being in Afghanistan..... That should tell you something. I actually had my hands on my personal defense items, as I was practically running trying to escape to the doors. Moving closer and closer to more and more public. So I had public witnesses that could attest to whatever atrocious things those employees had on their mind. This is insane. This is America. Not Afghanistan.
Why as a 90% disabled veteran, can't I go to my local Target, Inquire from an obvious employee, about a potential purchase from their store? In the country I served for and am disabled from?
My attire wasn't out of place. I had just parked the Veo electric scooter outside. Opened my $2,000 dollar, Zfold 6. Snapped a picture of the Veo scooter for the app to verify that I had parked it at the Target. Unzipped my bright, big, puffed out $200 dollar jacket, moved my hood slightly back, so security could see my face. Being as I just got done doing security and actually was in the papers for catching a guy. Anyway, I understood what they would look for. Then I had my $800 dollar motorcycle jacket to help protect me from the cold and rain on this fridge rainy night. Wasn't yesterday the 1st official day of snow or something? (See attached screen shot for weather proof).
With all this, I couldn't have been suspected of doing anything crazy. Attire for the weather and scooter ride in the fridged cold. Asked for employee help. Even pushed one of the employee help buttons. What do we as citizens in the state and country have to do to get some Target employee assistance???????????????? Should be pretty straight forward. Hey employee, please could you help me? Yes customer what do you...
Read moreI actually stopped in at Target on in the Steel Yard Commons the other day and I liked it but I didn't Love it! Two different employees stopped what they were doing and literally went out of their way to help me. This alone really not only impressed me but made me happy. The reason why I didn't give Target the (5) stars is because of their cat litter prices and their battery prices. I was on a strict budget that day knowing exactly what I could afford for car litter and batteries. I assumed Target had a much cheaper bag of cat litter compared to a name brand for example and unfortunately all they had for me to choose from in a generic brand was almost $10.00 dollars. Again, this may not seem like a lot of money but to me, that day it was. I thought to myself, I can go to Walmart and buy a generic bag of cat litter for close to $5.00 dollars because I've been there and done that. When I went to Check out their batteries, Again there generic batteries so to speak were over $9.0O dollars for the cheapest pack. I thought to myself,I can make a stop on the way back home at my local family dollar and the rest is history my friends........ I do understand that you get what you pay for, However, when you are on a fixed income/budget for example, Your choices you make will be limited. With this economy and inflation, I am trying very hard to shop more generic these days whether I like it or not. I hope Everybody understands me. I mean well and that's it in a nut shell... If an owner or an executive ever reads this review, I will say I do like your store and I will ask you to track me down somehow on the west side of Cleveland and Bless me with a Target Gift card and I would Love to go back to your store and pick up the name brands of both your car litter and your batteries. I hope you don't choke while your reading this but to me, It sounded good, lol.. Thank you and Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a mystery and Today is a...
Read moreI went here for an online order pickup. A lot of the time when there’s low stock and you request an item pickup they are all out of the product. So I placed the order but also went to the store to check the aisle it would be in and of course it wasn’t there. There was a gentleman that was preparing a pickup order himself in a close by aisle. I asked him if they had the product I ordered (Olly Chillax Gummies) in stock and he said they had 8 in the back and could grab one for me. His name was Maurice, he had dreads (just in case there is another Maurice that works there) and was extremely professional and helpful. I told him this is why I come to Target not Walmart! He was happy to hear that and I was happy I didn’t have to run around to find these same vitamins at other stores. SO HAPPY!! Thank you Maurice for actually going the extra mile and looking deeper into the situation instead of just saying “if there’s none on the shelves, we’re all out” like most would....
