Starbucks — Restaurant in Cleveland

Usually love this place but today my partner and I were met by an awful attitude of the woman working the drive thru. We pulled up and she mumbled so we could barely hear her, we started to order and she snapped at us saying she’ll be with us in a moment. When she took our order she snapped at us again over a syrup they were out of at the moment which okay fine I can understand. We pull up to the window and she tells us our total, we pay, she walks away. She’s gone for probably 5 minutes, hands us our drinks, doesn’t say anything and goes to close the window but she didn’t give me a straw for my frozen/blended drink, my partner gets her attention and asks her for a straw and just doesn’t even look at us then hands us three straws like what? Her demeanor was very appalling, wish I remembered her name. Almost forgot to mention that my cake pop was so melted it was...

Stopped in today and ordered a chestnut praline iced latte with no whipped cream. The cashier then directed the barista who i’m assuming was in training and making it that she has to do the cup abbreviations for “no whipped cream” and the barista in front of me exclaimed “i don’t have to do that” in a snarky tone then they all laughed and basically said it’s part of the job to her. Then she still made my drink wrong with whipped cream because she refused to apparently learn cup abbreviations or just didn’t care. This usually wouldn’t be a big deal to me as it’s just whipped cream but to be talking about how you don’t have to write orders correctly IN FRONT OF ME and then do it wrong!? Odd...

This is Christmas shopping time. They have 1 person working here. She had to go to the bathroom. So they sent someone back here that doesn't know how to make anything. And apparently no one else in target knows how to make anything at starbucks. This is ridiculous.

Its now July 27th 430pm and I'm here and the employee is on lunch. Starbucks will reopen at 440pm. I was informed by a rude employee that he was still on his lunch. So "They Closed". This is the WORST starbucks I have ever dealt with. I was here last Saturday and they were out of whipped cream at 230 in the afternoon. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
