This is the Waffle House of Chipotle's. IYKYK.
Lets start with the Atmosphere. It's not great. The workers are stressed and they are constantly out of things. This also creates stress in the customers. Lots of individuals sitting around looking unhappy waiting for their online orders.
However, I don't think this is entirely the employees fault.
This location has a drive through, online orders, and obviously walk in service. The back line services the drive through and the online orders. This overwhelms the staff and leads to them being out of things (I've been to this location at least 3X and every time something was out, from food, to utensils, to drinks etc.)
I would personally recommended corporate (or whoever is in charge) shuts down the drive through and just focused on online and walk in orders, that could solve some of the problem.
More on Atmosphere. You have to know where you are, we're not sipping champagne in West Palm, we're at Chipotle in the Cleveland Steelyard. It is as you would expect it to be, come in with reasonable expectations. If you're not ok with subbing chicken for your steak (or the other way around) or skipping the fajitas on your order because they don't have it, then this isn't the place for you.
Service: The staff was friendly all things considered. I was here in prime lunch rush, 12:45. Everyone was nice, the burrito wrap was solid, someone even ran my burrito back to get fajitas since the front line was out, which I appreciated and was prepared to go without. Overall good service all things considered.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is due to a large waiting line of people sitting around for food, and no napkins available.
Food: Taste was solid as I would expect from Chipotle.
Now someone send me a Gift Card so I can review...
Read moreService sucks EVERYONE there had attitudes throwing people's food across the counter to cashier. Crew members coming on line serving with NO GLOVES, don't know if hands were washed or not . Lady in drive thru was arguing with customers throwing bags and stormed of line throwing glove towards garbage can , cursing ..smdh The larger guy who I guess was the manager was lackadaisical about things , so much so I had to interrupted him while listening in on shift gossip just to get him to ring me out . My food was cold and thrown around , I got attitude from most of the crew who prepared my food but there were a few who was embarrassed of the out burst and apologized but the majority of the staff there didn't show leadership AT ALL .. I wonder the entire time who's the manager but nobody tried to put an end to the madness and chaos.. I've only been ther twice and both times I wasn't impressed but this time was a deal breaker for me . I won't be back there again. And I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE...
Read moreIf “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” filmed an episode in Cleveland they would do it here; everything is made up, literally nothing matters. In my opinion, this Chipotle rivals Euclid Ave. for the worst Chipotle in the country. I’ve never had an order made fully correct at this location. Not a single time. That’s a 0% accuracy rate, which is wild from a service standard. The managers here seem to be worse than most of the employees when it comes to investment in their career. It’s apparent on all levels that there is no one at the wheel to drive this place. Picked up a meal today that did not have a single correct ingredient. Not one thing that I actually ordered. There was so much sour cream that the bowl turned into a literal pool of liquid sour cream and most of the ingredients were totally indistinguishable. I’m on a budget and decided to splurge because I had a “big” day at work, and damn I...
