The service was terrible. I arrived at 7:30 pm they are supposed to close at 8:00 pm and they told me that if I wanted food I could take it and warm it up at my house. That was only the beginning, the second bad thing was that I ordered a sandwich and what bothered me is that an employee threw it from the other side of the bar and the sandwich fell to the floor the young man who was attending the window took it from the floor and acted as if nothing happened and gave it to me. I think that's not good at all, especially when you serve food, to the customers â We are not birds of prey â to be doing this to us. We are paying a very high dollar for this and, I did told him but he just change the story to something totally different. The third thing is that my drink was just half of what It should come with and he only blame the foam that made it look like that. Starbucks usually has very good service but this situation was very bad. You guys are a chain that has a very good reputation but employees like that don't need to be working for you guys.    Read moreI have given this new(ish) location so many tries, and my orders are consistently wrong.
Just looking at my two most recent visits, for one, my order was ready about 25 minutes after I ordered (when it was supposed to be 8-10 minutes), but the barista had plenty of time to talk to two of his friends. Then, the order was wrong, and, of course, it was missing the customization I paid extra for.
Then, today, my order was wrong again - I ordered one type of Frappuccino and received another. Again, wasted money on customizations. (It's not that the few dollars over a couple of orders is a big deal, it's that this location can't seem to get an order right.)
I understand that the location is relatively new, which is why I didn't submit a review the first three or so times my order was wrong, but it's been open over a month now - long enough that drinks should be made correctly, even if there's a bit more of a wait than...
   Read moreI love this location!!! The staff is so engaging, thoughtful and kind. After daily visits they remember your name and even finish your orders for you (asking do you still prefer etc etc etc). I'd like to give Shout outs to the entire staff at this location but to several of the Crew that I've gotta to know on a first name basis and I'll truly miss!!! Stephanie GM, Faith, Ethan and Shawn SM. From the Bistro Christian, Savannah and even though Crystal is no longer there y'all are all the sweetest. Great customer service and just kind all the way around. I wish y'all the best in all of your future endeavors and look forward to crossing paths again.
