Where to begin... this actually goes back to a couple months ago, 8 to be exact. I was in the market for an engagement ring to propose to my now soon to be wife. I went to a big name jewelry store before coming here, because i am weary of jewelers always trying to haggle you for a sale. Bought a ring, and was still unsure if it was a good enough ring. This was my first time coming into Clifton Jewelery and came here because i saw they carried Veraggio brand rings, which i saw through an ad (not from them). When i get there with the ring i purchased at onther store for a second opinion, and to look at the Veraggios, the gentlemen who attended me said, this is a good enough ring, if you arent too happy, later down the road you can upgrade the center stone for a clearer one. They walked me to the back and showed me the clear Diamonds they were talking about, and I have to say, there was a big difference in quality, BIG TIME!!! unsure and speaking with him he said, dont worry, she will be more than happy with the ring you got. From the way he took his time to go show me stones and reassuring me the ring is good enough, i felt ease and felt the trust from customer and a sales person. He wasnt trying to haggle me to return this ring to buy something here. I did look at the Veraggio's but i need a ring then and there as i was traveling withing the next days. I left and said to myself, i will most definitely come back here for my next jewelery purchases and not look anywhere else. Fast forward to 8 months, shopping for wedding bands, and to take the engagement ring to get polished and a stone set that fell off. I brought my fiancĂ© here and were welcomed again very nicely by all. I can mention them all by name but then this will look like Santas List with how many people helped us pick the right rings. We mustve come here about 4 times before i settled with a ring, and every time we were still greeted with a smile and they took their time showing me all the rings again, and trying to find what i was looking for. After going so many times, i felt myself that i was tiring them from showing me the rings again and again, and so i asked for the link to custom make a ring and i would send over to them. I played around with the site a bit and designed a unique ring, since I cant wear gold, it was a bit of a process to find a ring that i liked. I grew up with gold jewelry but after becoming Muslim and actually reading up on the harm gold does to male body, it was a bit draining for me but i was able to get around the gold not being present for me anymore. My fiance chose a ring, i believe the second time we went back, mind you we didnt go to any other jewelrs in the process, I strictly wanted to make the business with them just for the simple fact of the customer service each and everyone of them give you. And its not a customer service you feel they are forced to give. Its a genuine customer service that comes from within each and every one of them. This is the first purchase with them, and most definitely WILL NOT be the last purchase!!! They are sincere, friendly, and amazing staff! Our most sincere thank you for making our wedding band shopping an experience to remember! We will be here soon for my Rolex đ (wife will be paying...
Read moreClifton Jewelers gave me one of the best watch-buying experiences Iâve had, even better than big brand boutiques in NYC. We called ahead about a specific watch and were told it wasnât immediately available, but Abdul took our number to check the vault. He called back confirming it was in stock, so we drove two hours through traffic to see it.
Upon arrival, a small mix-up had occurred (handled with tact and care), and Abdul could immediately see I was disappointed. Without missing a beat, he personally searched the and vault for alternatives, including watches not listed on their website.
Iâve been watch-hunting for a couple of years now and rarely feel truly drawn to a piece. But the last watch Abdul showed me felt like it belonged on my wrist. The only draw back was it was a bit pricier than the other watch. But without hesitation he offered a complimentary strap, gave us a generous price adjustment to get closer to the original watchâs price, and even included a free Seiko-branded camera bag they had available. They had the bracelet sized for me on the spot, and though we checked out after the store was technically closed, no one made us feel rushed. The whole team remained upbeat, welcoming, and patient; something you rarely experience at the end of a long retail day.
Abdulâs knowledge of watches is impressive. He truly knows the craft and helped guide me without pressure. What started as a potential disappointment turned into an incredible shopping experience and lesson in real customer service. Clifton Jewelers has earned my trust and my future business. If youâre even thinking about buying a watch, do yourself a favor and visit Clifton. You may just walk out with something more meaningful than...
Read moreVery dissapointed with this company. We are currently on a cruise. I went to buy a piece of jellewery that cost over $9k negotiated with a guy called George who said it was 50% off down to over $4k. Unfortunately, at that time I had issues with my card and didnât purchase it at that time. We went passed the shop and they were in the middle of an auction and offered everyone going passed raffle tickets. We were given some and they told us to come back for the raffle and were told we didnât have to stay for the auction. We went out and about and I was able to fix my card. I went back with friends for the ruffle and planned to buy the piece. The raffle started and George was getting a few tickets out but unfortunately there was not winner as a lot of people were given the tickets and left. He then decided to change the rules and stated only the people who were in the auction were allowed to participate took tickets of those people and left all the others watching uncomfortably including us. It felt uncomfortable and vindictive, people starting leaving and I personally decided to leave and not stay to further purchase the piece. One cannot trust someone and a company who change their rules to their convenience, who has not respect for customers and cannot keep their word. They are selling a piece of jewellery which you meant to believe is real and trustworthy and they are obviously not. I would give my business to someone else thank you. Do yourself a favour and do not go anywhere close to these people who have not respect for their customers and do not...
