Update: I regret coming back This store makes me sad. As other reviewers have said, there is always a line down an entire aisle—it’s because only the self checkouts are open. Of those self-checkouts, only half of them are turned on, and of those that are turn on, many have out-of-order messages on the screens. You might go in for just one or two things, but you will get stuck behind 20 people with full carts because there are no 10-items-or-less check outs. Your frozen items will melt. I feel bad leaving poor reviews for places, but it’s a constant issue.

Why is there always trash all over the parking lot, in the canal and on the side one the building? This picture is just the side of the building. The canal is so full of trash. Drive by and look how Kroger takes care of its community! Just trash everywhere this is unacceptable!

We had our first ever pickup order. Jacob is the one that brought it to the car and loaded it for us. Some items were out and he was nice enough to get rid of the delivery fee for the inconvenience. He was a very nice young man. This store has everything.

Very disappointing service in the store from the two employees working right now the self check out. I am not sure why they always have an attitude when someone requires their help. I have had an issue with the guy that Works the Self check out counters before ( Blonde hair, about 5'8 caucasian and wears glasses.) I rarely come to this store anymore because I never get good service, this time was an exception because this store is closer from where I live and I didn't want to drive on this weather too far, I only needed a few things. However, I remembered very fast why I decided not to come back here. This employee that I described always gives me an attitude, and I dont need the aggravation of this guy ruining my day with his poor and rude attitude. Every time the machine needs the attend it's my bad luck that its usually him. The first time we reported him,he was very rude to my grandma. After that, we don't mind driving a few extra miles to go to meijer where we never have a problem and they are very friendly from the moment you cross the door to the time you leave. Especially the attendant on the self check out who is always very nice and it actually makes us want to go there because he always makes our day better, I have even told my husband that he is the reason I always go to the self check out, just because he transmits very good energy and always seems so happy. Hopefully this store puts more attention on hiring or putting friendlier people on customer service areas because if not, you might start seeing more reviews like this and more people driving an extra mile to get better service and...

I absolutely loathe coming to this location and avoid it at all costs. The staff here are TERRIBLE. Useless AND rude. On the rare occasion I've come here, the produce is always disgusting, the shelves arent stocked (even prior to covid), the store is grimy and disgusting, and the lines are crazy long. They only ever have one cashier checkout open. The rest is self serve which isnt a problem for me but then if you require help at the self scan there is one person trying to assist 10 other customers and you just have to wait forever. Dont even bother with click list. You will end up with maybe 1/3 of what you ordered and still get charged for most of it. That's even if they bring out your groceries at all! I was just there to pick up my click list within my time slot and waited 20 minutes for someone to come out. No one did so I called customer service and told me they were closed...at 8pm?! Which isnt true because there were customers going in and out. When I mentioned this the lady slammed the phone and hung up on me. Say they did close early... why would they let you choose 8-9pm as a pick up time then?! The red headed manager is a certified troll. How she has this job when the store is in shambles and she has such a garbage personality is beyond me. They should just close this trash store down. I will go to any store and pay any price not to have to come to this waste of space...

The guy at customer service was very fake to me. He was too quick to respond with answers before even thinking about what I was saying. I get it, most people look at me and treat me like I'm stupid for how I appear. I was trying to figure out what method I used last time when paying my bill. I used to use money orders. The last time I paid through Western Union instead. He tells me I have to fill out this form. I let him know I didn't have to fill out that form the last time and asked if that was the right method. He kept rambling on indecisively about other possible methods. I started to explain my math to him: that (Bill + Fee) - (Bill) = Fee. So that if we know the cost of the fee, then maybe the method I used would be easier to determine. He didn't even let me get halfway through before interrupting me saying, "the total doesn't matter." Well that's not the point I'm making. So don't interrupt me and tell me I'm making an illogical statement when you're not even listening to what I'm saying. He continues this demeanor the remainder of the time. Wouldn't stop talking either and I'm just trying to pay a bill like I did last time and leave. I just have no patience for people who misjudge me and mistreat me based on their...
