UPDATE ON REVIEW:
Management HAD to have been replaced. We just went back and visited on a whim on Tuesday of this week March 18th and wow WHAT a difference. Went from a 1 to a 5 star review. The manager was SO attentive and kind, everyone working there was in a good mood. My kids got to actually play without the weirdness of being followed two feet behind them at all times. The concession stand person even went out of his way to give us a good experience. Whatever management changes they made, well worth it. I wish I would’ve gotten the guys name to give him credit.
Original review:
So I hate to say that this is the first review I left for off the wall because we LOVED this place. Unfortunately after the rebuild, we are talking about a completely different atmosphere. I come with two toddlers, a two and four year old. They’re super advanced for their age, really athletic, and this was the perfect place for them to get all of that energy out.
You cannot make a move at off the wall anymore. I mean literally you cannot move. There are currently NINE people on the trampolines directing what not to do. Now don’t get me wrong, I am all for safety, I don’t play around about making sure that the kids are being safe with them being toddlers and all.
We bounced, was told to stop, we were too close to our two year old that wanted to jump with one of us.
Wanted to go on the new obstacle course they have that they both aced last time around and was told my kids are a whole foot short now with their new rules and cannot play on that section.
My husband sat down for two seconds after running up the side trampoline, better believe it, they were there within two seconds saying to get up right away.
Went to the new basketball court that has TWO hoops on it so each kid could hoop and was told one ball at a time regardless of it being a very large court for two small kids. I said ok I’ll take my daughter to the other side while my husband kept my son on the court, they said no that court is closed for right now. I said why? They said we just aren’t opening it currently, it’s “broken.” I said what’s broken? They looked at me.
We went in the toddler section and they pushed the hanging balls, someone ran over quickly to say the balls have to have weight on them, you can’t just push them. I’m serious.
Now don’t mistake this as an employee issue. These young kids working here were very kind. This is a direction given by management. If you are so afraid of a kid getting hurt, that the rules implemented make it to where you literally have to stand in one spot and go up and down softly, this genre isn’t for you anymore.
We won’t be back, a hundred visits later. This has to be why this place isn’t half as packed as it was. Seriously, horrible time and a really...
Read moreFrom start to finish, the team at Off the Wall Coconut Creek made my son Kairo’s birthday party absolutely perfect. I walked in just a week before the big day, unsure if I’d even be able to pull it off in time. But the moment I met Layla, I knew we were in good hands. She was welcoming, accommodating, and somehow managed to find the exact date I needed. Not only that—she even went to the store herself to find party decor that matched my son’s theme! Her follow-through was amazing, and she kept her word by calling to confirm our final menu choices. The day of the event ran smoother than I could have imagined. Stacy helped with setup until our incredible party host Paris arrived. Both ladies were attentive, supportive, and genuinely cared about making everything go perfectly. Every single team member had a smile on their face and kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Aniya greeted our guests at the door, helped with waivers, handed out wristbands and grip socks—all while keeping the energy upbeat and organized. The party room was a perfect size for our group, and the timing of everything—games, food, drinks—was spot-on. Soft drinks were constantly replenished, the kids were thoroughly entertained, and Paris was a superstar! She managed crowd control, served food and cake, led games like laser tag, and even remembered to ask how many candles we needed (which I totally forgot, of course). To top it all off, Paris packed up all of our leftover food, cleaned up the room, and even brought out a cart to help us load the car. The attention to detail and the level of care she showed blew me away. And the best part about everything is that I saved around $5,000 by choosing Off the Wall instead of booking a private venue—and got the same quality experience, if not better! This was our first time here and definitely won’t be our last. Thank you again to Layla, Stacy, Aniya, Paris, and the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and amazing energy. You all made Kairo’s birthday unforgettable. 10/10 – Highly recommend! 5 Stars – A Perfect Birthday Experience at Off the Wall...
Read moreUnfortunately my overall experience at Off the Wall Coconut Creek was very poor. I reserved a room for a 5pm party. When my guests arrived at 4:45, they were advised that the room was in use by another party. This comes after being assured the day prior that the option to arrive earlier at 4:30p to prepare and decorate was available. Finally at 5:10, the party exited our reserved room. My decision to choose the coconut creek location was based solely on their heavily advertised infection control process. After the previous family left, we were advised that the room would be available shortly. This presented great concerns as their “deep clean, sanitation process” took no more than 5 minutes. When inquiring on their process and it’s effectiveness, the manager on duty was completely oblivious and unable to answer my questions. We were finally seated at 5:30 where The party went on well, until 6:30sh when the host abruptly interrupts our fun to request that we gather our belongings to prepare for another party for 7– keep in mind they were late and ensured accommodations due to the prior errors. I asked to speak with the supervisor, and the manager Alexia/Alicia (not totally sure) very rudely advised that no accommodations could be made and although we were accommodated late, we were expected to exit the room cutting our time short. She was completely unapologetic and offered no solutions to address our concerns, even arguing that “technically we’re not guaranteed the entire time.” This was neither disclosed at the time of reservation nor at the time of check in! Imagine celebrating your child’s 5th birthday to have staff interrupt and try to rush you out due to THEIR error! It was disgusting and quite embarrassing to the establishment and to myself. Everything then became so disorganized and rushed! My son and his friends enjoyed the play, however the overall customer service experience was VERY POOR! Definitely a 1 star experience as it relates to that! The facility and play options are excellent! The management however,...
