J&N Drive thru — Local services in Coconut Creek

I am a regular customer at this quick drive thru convenience store but everytime one of the younger guys with the glasses helps me and my mom he always has a piss sour look on his face because he had to get up from his comfy chair and idk work? One thing about these type of locations is that you don’t know what they have so you have to ask. Today we wanted to get a couple of drinks and we asked him if he had Arizona iced tea and we asked for five. While he was bagging them in one single bag I asked him to please add on a sprite and a coke bottle since he was over by the refrigerated beverages. I then asked him for two honey buns and omg would you think with the two steps he had to take to get the dang buns he scrunched up his face? When he cashed us out my mom decided she wanted one more thing which could have happened to anyone. We asked for a small Heineken beer bottle he gave us a can instead, we almost accepted it but I said my mom does not like the can she wants the bottle he gets the bottle and then proceeds to say that next time we need to come prepared. Like how prepared could I have been? We were there for no more than 3 minutes had cash in hand and new what we wanted except the Heineken came a little after. His job is to serve and that comment was offensive. We were not holding up a line, they were not about to close I could have ordered more stuff if I wanted to lol. Also being that there is a big nice 7 eleven next door that almost completely blocks their store completely you would think the brothers, cousins whoever this family is would be a lot more kinder to the little business they still get. So I had to take a few moments to write this review being I just left my favorite store to go to for my beer and cigarettes the J&N drive thru ! Like I said I just left there and there's a gentleman that works there the 1 with the glasses who I have a nickname for Mr. TONY STARK because fondness of the marvel movies which I immensely like myself ! Back to point ! This young man no matter morning noon or night I go there he is always smiling and welcoming and I always leave there with a smile on my face because of that ! No matter how busy the store is he is very efficient and I never seem him without that smile and great friendly service ! Thanks J&N for employing this fine young man ! I also love the other gentleman there too he's amazing as well but I don't have a nickname...

This is the best drive tru in the world for literally anything you need. I have been coming here for 6 years now and every worker that iv met provides the best customer service, positive attitude and a sense of urgency to get you what you need. I would have been late to work a million times if it wasn't for this drive tru and never have I ever been disappointed. They are always in stock and if they don’t have something they will get it.
