Celebrity Cakes — Restaurant in Margate

I had a horrendous experience at this bakery, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. My sister's car key was stolen while we were there, and the situation only got worse from there.

We called the police for assistance, and the staff's behavior was appalling. The person who was there was incredibly rude and uncooperative. Despite the police asking for the security recordings, he claimed that the cameras weren't recording. This lack of transparency and security is alarming—you don't feel protected at all.

The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. Not only were they dishonest, but when I requested a refund, the staff member got visibly angry and made the situation even more uncomfortable.
