I love Golden Krust. But NOT this one. ALL of the employees here have nasty attitudes. They surely act like they do not want to be there. They act like because you're there it's a bother to them. And it definitely shows on their face. If you don't want to be there then you should not be there. Your job is to serve the customer. I have gone there one time before and I asked for fried chicken and the chicken was very very small and almost no meat. I was not satisfied but I was very hungry so I ate it. And did not complain. But today I went there. And I ordered the fried chicken again this time they had lots of meat there. The employee that was serving my food I did not see a name tag on her shirt. But she had a red shirt. She must have been the manager because the rest of the employees had blue shirts on. And she looked pregnant. But anyway when I asked her a question she did not look me in my face she just turned away and answered me so I barely could hear her. And then she proceeded to ask me what I want but I wasn't sure I wanted to buy it because I was not sure of the prices, being that the price varies with the size you order, so she continued to ask what I want and begin to fill up my plate so I had to ask her again how much and then she told me the price. I specifically told her that I wanted my chicken chopped up and to put oxtail gravy. So she grabbed my chicken and went to the corner or to the back. I wasn't sure because I couldn't see her. Then she came back and then I moved up to the cash register because there were other customers after me. So she came and she wrapped my food and then I paid I asked her did she put the gravy on my food and she just shook her head yes and I said "oh great because I didn't see you". I paid for my food she put my things in a bag and I left when I got into my vehicle I looked at my food and 1. My chicken was not Chopped. There was a slight cut on it. Like she just barely cut it. And then number 2, there was no gravy at all on my rice or my chicken. So by now I'm pretty much fed up and I will never spend my money at Golden Krust...
Read moreSo I when against my word an purchased some food from this location and just like it was when I when there a few weeks ago the ordering station was stock an full of HOT food ready to serve but this time the staff was inviting, willing to serve and even allowed me to taste the pepper soup which I purchased a large 1 I’m extremely glad I when back and the owner told me to notify him when I was going back and he would have his manager take care of my meal but I wanted to see the improvement first and my GOD what a difference I thank him an his staff for a wow customer experience an I will be taking him up on that offer in the near future I wish I can give more stars!!! I just when to this location again today 12/6/17 an I tell you the owner of this location is a real stand up guy I when to this location an had a very bad experience, wrote a review an he Immediately reach out to me... I’ve now been there 2 times after the first experience an I can tell you it’s like night an day the food is not only good but the customer service is amazing... i believe that this location is in a great location and I would drive from Pompano near ELY High School every time I want Caribbean food thank you to the owner and Julien the young lady who serve us for changing my heart an stomach 😂😂😂😂 10 out...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I ordered a small curry goat for dinner and while eating in the restaurant I found a piece of hair in my cabbage. I went to the register and asked to speak with the manager, one woman responded "whats the problem". I told her there was a hair in my food, she had another woman come over and examine the hair and they both told me it was a piece of the onion. I told them onion does not look like hair, and I never seen that in my food after years cooking with onions and ordering food with onions. The other woman behind the counter responded "so what you want us to do, the food is almost done". I told her I would have finished it then I found a hair, she then interrupted me and said "so you want a refund". I said yes a refund would be the right thing to do. She then kissed her teeth and walked towards the back, the other woman then went to the computer and said she didn't know how to process the refund. I told her if its too much trouble I can call my bank, she sighed and said "It's fine" as if she was annoyed and kept tapping her finger on the computer. I then left the restaurant and called my bank for them to resolve the issue. Never again will I visit this Golden Krust they have the worst customer service and food...
