I recently stopped by Energy T, the new protein and smoothie spot conveniently located next to the FDHSM, and I’m so glad I did! Whether you’re waiting in those notoriously long lines under the sun for a driver’s license appointment or just looking for a healthy breakfast/snack option, this place is a total lifesaver.

The service was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and fast. You can really feel the positive energy from the moment you walk in. The staff takes the time to explain the menu and offer great recommendations based on your taste or nutritional goals.

Their products are top-notch! From delicious protein shakes and energizing teas to light and nutritious snacks, everything I tried was flavorful and satisfying without feeling heavy. It’s the perfect fuel to get you through your day, especially if you’re stuck outside waiting in the heat.
