I will never order from this place again and not because of the food but because of the rude service. I ordered Chicken with Mushrooms and asked if they could put it in white moo goo gai pan sauce as I do not like any other veggies with it. I made it clear and I get my order and I got regular Moo Goo Gai pan with all the vegetables. So I called and instead of offering to send me a corrected order ( I was totally willing to give back the order I got)I got screamed at by the man who took my order. He is trying to tell me I did not say I wanted chicken and mushrooms ONLY I am not stupid I know what I said. Then I said I would not be ordering from them again he could care less and hung up. This is a small restaurant. It primarily consists of an order counter and two small tables that are usually occupied by the people who work there. I usually end up here when it is late and I am pressed to grab a dinner. They are inexpensive and the food is always ready quickly. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes not so much. This past visit I ordered the cashew chicken, pork with vegetables, and sweet and sour chicken. All the meals came with fried rice, won ton soup, and an egg roll for $27 for all three meals. While I appreciate the price my daughter's sweet and sour chicken was so hard and rubber like that I felt bad giving it to her. They have also upped the amount of rice and decreased the meat and vegetables. My husband complained that he could barely find anything but rice in his meal. I used to love this place BUT after three of the same events you start to think they do not value your business! Ordered via Grubhub and waited for TWO hours to get my food after calling and checking and being told that the food was on its way I ended up going to the restaurant where MY FOOD WAS! Just sitting there getting cold! They didn’t even refund me the delivery charge! Another occasion food didn’t come until 2 hours time! At least it came that time..
