Old Navy — Attraction in Colma

Handicapped dressing room NOT ACCESSIBLE, filled with stacks of stored clothing, literally turned into a storage room filled with boxes. Other dressing rooms usable but 20 leftover clothing items inside. Bench seats clean and strong.

I'm disabled and would have had to leave if I was using a wheelchair because wheelchair accessible dressing room used for ONLY storage (that's a little insulting).

Some t-shirts were $5. Staff was kind, smiling, helpful. Plenty of staff. Friendly Police near the store did a walk -through and that made me feel safe. Parking was easy. Well lit,...

They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. I like 'em cuz they cheap and the stock moves quickly. Not thrilled with this summer's patriotic theme because I think it is rude to wear -and blare- one's nationalism.
