GameStop — Local services in Colma

I have been to sooooo many gamestops in my life and none of them come close to this location. I have been coming here regularly for a couple years at this point and the staff has always been top notch. GameStop has had a rough reputation in a lot of peoples minds but trust me when I say this store will change your mind about the company. This store stays stocked full of games, plush, toys, pops, cards, etc. every time I need to go to the store my girlfriend always wants to come because she finds something she wants to get. Customer service is huge to me and the staff that I have seen there regularly is always on point and deserves recognition. They have a good selection of retro games too. Call me dumb but I scratched a steam card wrong, therefore, I didn't get the code. I called this GameStop, where I bought it from, and they were EXTREMELY rude. A person name Amanda said they couldn't do anything about the problem, and was rubbing it in my face that they took my 20 dollars. Luckily, I called the better GameStop, the Serramonte gamestop, and the workers there were EXTREMELY nice, and awesome about the whole situation. Popped by when they opened to pick up something showed in stock online. Wasn't on the floor/rack, but the employee was very helpful & found new shipped items in back not yet out front & had what I was looking for.

I don't, on a regular basis, go into gamestop, but when they've had something I'm looking for, I do not hesitate to go & purchase from them. Prices on what I've bought there were the same as other places that were only online + shipping & I'm happy to support a local store rather than online & with shipping.
