Time after time one price displayed. One totally different price charged at the register. Unsurprisingly always in Target's favor. At this point this is not about the money, but rather the principal. Robbing blind customer after customer on the same scheme. See picture. So, tonight I walked into the target to buy avocados. Says clearly 4 for $2.49. I got 8 of them which should be 5 bucks. Young lady at the register rings me up at $8. Which is 99 cents each. I politely confronted her and said that is not the displayed price. She said fine, I will adjust it. And then did NOTHING. I paid fake inflated price and walked away, without arguing with a firm decision to ever never shop at Target in my life again. Those $3 measly dollars you stole from me tonight is the last money you got from me for the rest of my life. This is not the first time. This is a case #236 of you displaying one price and insisting on charging me a different price at the register. That's why Ive canceled my red card with you. You have never owned your mistakes in my lifetime, never took the ownership of your erroneous or not erroneous pricing. I'm positive your actions (especially on a repetative scale that establishes a pattern) are illegal. Which I will bring to the attention of Colma's chamber of commerce as well as local DA. Publicly, not in person. I also plan to reach to the State of California as I'm done with this unacceptable and deceptive behavior. Why deceptive? The correct way of handling this would be an apology, correcting the price at the register to the displayed one, and afterwards walking to the Avocados and removing the wrong price assuming it is wrong, while replacing it with the correct one. As the matter of the fact this has never happened in my life time, and nobody has ever done anything like that tonight. Not before, not tonight. To make things worse I've seen another woman arguing about the same avocados pricing like I did. How many extra dollars did you make that night or day off of this fake pricing? You will regret this once I run through every legal institution available to me to address this. These $3 you stole tonight will cost you a fortune. Any lawyer reading this, please feel free to contact me if willing to...

Originally I had a terrible 1-star experience with this Target, but in the end everything turned out good. I had purchased a microwave from there and when I got home and took it out from the box, I noticed there was a huge dent in the side of the microwave. The box had been in perfect shape, so the manufacturer had obviously packaged a defective item. I packed it back up and returned the microwave to Target. Unfortunately they didn't have the same model, so I was offered a different model that cost me an additional $10. I got home with the second microwave, took it out from the box, plugged it in and -- nothing. It didn't light up, it didn't start. I even read the manual to make sure I hadn't missed something. So for the third time that day, I went back to Target to return my microwave. I spoke with the store manager Sal who was extremely polite, courteous and professional. He allowed me to explain my problem and listened without interruption. He then refunded me the extra $10 I had paid, replaced my microwave with a much nicer model that was worth way more than the previous two (at no additional cost), and gave me a $25 Target gift card. He made sure the microwave actually worked before I took it home. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with how everything was resolved. Sal is an exemplary example of what customer service should be. He has regained my trust in the Target brand, and I will continue...

A.P.B NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY and we were Harassed by JAMIE ( caucasian ) January 4, 2018 Approximately @ 17:15hrs Target COLMA, Ca This bad review is NOT towards the TARGET COLMA store and the other staff. We’ve been shopping here for many of years, also we brought our service dog with us always and never was approach or questioned. Although We have the credentials and also our dog has a tag of a proof of a service dog. This refers ONLY ONE TO A STAFF MEMBER Young Adult Named “JAMIE”. who was working today near the appliances, this staff member JAMIE approached my Family and I and Harassed us because, our service dog, is not supposed to be in the shopping cart. And on top of that JAMIE Told us that our dog is unsanitary and dirty. And he repeated it to us that our dog is not supposed to be in the shopping cart. Who in the hell is JAMIE to tell us that it’s the LAW ....THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA? Apparently he didn’t read the fine line were exempt, because we have the right credentials to have a service dog.....??? I will be sending out another letter to the Corporate office for this matter, of being harassed by a staff member named JAMIE. Also, I’ll be sending out to corporate a proof of copy of our proper credentials for our service Dog. Just and FYI. For the people who has service dogs think twice Before...

There are so many reasons why I love Target and this Target in particular. This particular Target is big, has great staff, wide aisles, easy parking, in a shopping center with other good stuff --- House of Bagels, Michael's, Black Bear Diner, etc., close to other shopping centers - Colma 280 and Serramonte which has another Target!, Kohl's, etc. It's right off 280. As with the Target on the other side of 280, more and more stuff is locked up against theft. A necessary but frustrating development.

Having been to a few targets in my day, I would like to say that is one of my favorites. The isles are clean and orderly. The lines are short and the cashier's are even pretty friendly. I really wanted a bit more staff though on the floor, when a store is this big there needs to be some direction for the customers. I spent 5 min looking for towels and then another 5 for laundry detergent. That's 10 min wasted from my day. Otherwise, a great place to drop a ton of cash.
