Denver Mattress — Attraction in Colorado Springs

UPDATED POST: Needed to exchange the mattress we bought just over a month ago since we were having trouble sleeping on it. Not looking forward to the exchange process much, we went into the store and explained our problem to Susan. She listened carefully and had us try different mattresses, checking to ensure that the mattresses would actually fit our sleeping positions. Once we made a decision on the exchange mattress, she did the necessary paperwork quickly and painlessly. Susan was friendly, professional, and made sure that we were happy with the new mattress. She set up the delivery for just a couple of days later. The delivery crew was there exactly when they said they would be, and changed out the mattresses quickly and with no fuss. So overall, this was an easy process and we ended up with a mattress that is very comfortable and that we have no trouble sleeping on. A process that we thought was going to be very painful matched their guarantee exactly and was made very easy by Susan. Thanks very much Susan, and thanks delivery guys for being here right on time! Austin, the sales person, greeted us and without any high pressure sales tactics or pushing us to the high end mattresses, made sure he knew what we were looking for and had us trying and comparing the mattresses that matched our needs. Having been in several mattress stores before (not Denver Mattress) when we bought one for our guest room, and encountering sales people who were loud, pushy, and never stopped talking long enough to listen, this buying experience was low key, not at all stressful, and ended up with us purchasing a mattress that exactly matched what we were looking for. We purchased 2 twin XL purple mattresses and adjustable bases, Julie was fantastic with the purchase. When it was delivered the delivery guys dropped and ran. They put the legs on the adjustable bases and left the bases on the sides, and the mattresses leaned against the dressers. They left the house without explanation when I went out to the garage to get a hammer to remove the side rails. We were left to setup the bases, the mattresses, etc on our own. Nothing was explained, not what the extra hardware was, without setting up the beds at all, no explanation of how the remotes are programmed, and there was trash left throughout the house. When I called the store to tell them what was going on Susan, the store manager, she lied to us multiple times and did not fix the situation she justified how her delivery drivers did. When she sent the delivery guys back to the house, they walked in saw the beds were setup and walked out. When I tried to ask a question about the beds, the delivery guy handed me the owners manual and did not say a word. When going to put my sheets on the bed, they were a king size instead of a split king, when I called Susan, her response is well it is what it is they fit the bed. In reality they don't fit because they are two separate beds with adjustable bases to make the size of a king size bed. I then had to drive to the opposite side of town to pick up the correct sheets, Susan was not helpful when it came to the situation or experience at all. I called and was telling Susan about the whole experience and she couldn't care less, I was not impressed with Susan and have no idea how she ever became store manager. I asked Susan to have the regional manager to call me, this has yet to happen...shocker, she doesn't want her name to have a bad rap. If we only dealt with Julie this would of been a 5-star review, but...
