Would give a 0, but you can't! Couple of months ago I took my truck into Les Swab for a tire repair. Had them look at my front end. They said I needed upper control arms and ball joints. Gave me an outrageous quote for the parts and labor and said they Use adjustable control arms. Bought my own adjustable control arms and replaced them.Few weeks later took it to big O to do an alignment. They said I needed Tie rod ends. Took it to Les swab for a second opinion. They said I needed tie rod ends before they could do an alignment. Gave me a decent price, so I told them to go ahead and do it. They called me about an hour later. And said my truck was done, but there was a problem. Said they maxed everything out, but my truck would still pull to the right, said I needed to replace the upper control arms with adjustable ones. I told them they are adjustable and new. He put me on hold and went out and looked came back and said they would have to charge hourly labor to adjust them. I went into the store and talked to the manager, Brandon. He told me my truck would still pull to the right. I told him then it was not aligned. He said it was I told him I would not pay for it. He said I would have to. I offered to pay for the Tie rod ends they replaced with labor, he said no so I told him I was going to call his corporate office on Monday and would come back in and pay if they said I have to pay. As I was leaving brandon told me he was calling the police. An hour later I got a call from the sheriff's office saying they were gonna put a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't pay them. I explained to the officer that they did not do the alignment, because my truck still pulled to the right. They put the arrest warrant out for me. I called corporate on Monday. They blah, blahed around and said I would have to pay but they would work with me on redoing the alignment if I could get them information on the control arms but I would still have to pay for the alignment and an hourly rate to readjust them.. What kind of repair shop makes you tell them how to repair it? I had to pay the full amount for the alignment. And now I will have to take it to another shop and pay again to get it properly realigned. Les Schwab is a joke. I will never go there again! Canon is a small community with several mom and pop shops? No need for...

I bought snow tires from these guys in April... they were the only ones that had my size and I needed them ASAP because I live at 11,000ft and my all season tires just weren't cutting it. They gave me the most affordable rate for these tires, knowing how bad I needed them, knowing they were the only ones that had them and they didn't price gouge me... as a matter of fact, they beat the online price of their competitors, even though the competitors didn't have them!
Fast forward to last night. I pulled into Colorado Springs at 6:01PM (they close at 6PM) after driving 2 hours in the pouring rain/hail with a fast leak. I called and told them my story; I live 2 hours away, I have a fast leak, etc.
The original guy says "Hold on, let me talk to my manager" - full stop. First, they answered the phone AFTER they were closed. Second, they considered whether or not they could help me... btw, they didn't know I bought tires from them last April.
The manager, Cody, gets on the phone and says "Hey there! We'll be here when you get here"...
YOU GUYS... do you see a trend here? These folks not only waited another 20 minutes for me to arrive at their store, they stayed, greeted me politely, fixed my leak, put up the spare, and did it all WITH A SMILE and GENUINE CARE & CONCERN.
As I was leaving and thanking them profusely, the Manager told me, "we won't leave you stranded, call us anytime".
I'm just astounded. Flabbergasted even... nope, I think this is a total GOBSMACKED. Les Schwab has earned a life long customer and I hope that YOU, the reader, will consider how much better you could do, when it comes to tires.

Read moreCory and his team not only saved the day once but twice. 3 days before our trip to see family I discovered a slow leak in my tires (turned out that some of the rims had a hairline crack in them thanks to the previous owner and the cold brought them to light). Due to the fact I wasn't prepared for this additional expense before a long trip, his team performed a 1 for 1 tire/rim swap off of my Ford F-150 and Expedition (thank god they shared the same lug pattern) so that my family would be safe on our trip. Now that I got home, I had received money for replacement Rims as a Christmas gift and I caught a holiday sale at Pep Boys. Fast forward to today when my Rims arrive, Pep Boys on 135 Academy not only jacked up the price of the quoted install price I received at time of order but also neglected to mention the rims that I had ordered from them face to face required lug nuts at an additional cost on top of their "install price". After about 30 minutes of arguing with Pep Boys I called up Cory and his team to see if they could help me. Not only did they help with swapping out my new rims for a reasonable price, they had on stock the required lug nuts for my application so that I wasn't waiting to install the new rims. The guys here are very knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to help you. Heck! They stayed past closing to take care of my vehicles. Not many shops will do that for you and that says something about their customer care. Cory and his team at Les Schwab have earned my business and trust. Pep Boys on the other hand lost both due to their arguing and lack of customer service/support. You can't go wrong with these guys here at Les Schwab and I highly...
