While I have had only great experiences with the boba here, the owner is not so great. She is rude and treats you like you're stupid. I am a big fan of their red panda series, which includes a cream green tea version, but when I asked for it, she states that they don't have it. I told her I just saw it on the TV in store and she denied me. I ended up getting a matcha with brown sugar, which I believe is basically the same thing. I have ordered the cream green tea red panda before, so it is ridiculous that she denies having it as an item. And I know this is true because while waiting for my order, the drink shows on the TV again. There is no bother letting her know though, because she will simply continue to deny or state "you ordered it wrong". This is not the first time this has happened either as I have ordered drinks on their app and have gotten something completely different than what I ordered. She will have you buy a whole new drink to get the correct one, not to mention there are no pictures for reference on the app. She has also tried to 'teach' me step by step on how to order the correct drink through the app as if I have not ordered from it before.. Even after explaining that I knew how to use it, she continues to explain as if youre stupid. I have experienced her arguing with employees while waiting for my drink, making it hard to enjoy the atmosphere. And after reading other reviews of people who experienced the same, she most likely will reply that it is my fault this happened and I should go somewhere else. Overall, the boba and the drinks are great, and I think the prices are fair. Just avoid the owner...

Cute boba place!

First: The physical space. Plenty of seating—a couple couches, a window bar seating, and various table and chairs. Also, they have lots of games and two giant fidget popper things! Would be great for a big group. There’s a cool wall with colorful square light thingies—PLUS they have copies of their menu posted up on the wall so you don’t feel awkward squinting up at the menu and trying to decide.

Second: The food. I got a taro smoothie w/ regular boba and two macarons (pistachio and fruity cereal). The smoothie hit just right post-dentist appointment and was that classic ube purple. It was just as sweet as I’ve come to expect from taro-flavored things in the US, so maybe steer clear of this one if you’re not a huge fan of sweet stuff. The macarons were ok, I think the pistachio one just wasn’t for me. They were surprisingly dense, but I’m not a macaron connoisseur, so I can’t necessarily speak to their quality.

Third: The prices. Pretty standard for most boba places, my smoothie+boba ended up at $6.44 pre-tax. Keep in mind the macarons are priced separately at $2.95 per macaron.

And finally: The service. The cashier was kind and helpful, recommending me their store special macaron (which ended up being my favorite of the two I got). My drink & macarons came out very quickly after I ordered and yes, they have WiFi!

All in all a great place, and not very crowded around lunch time on a Friday! Would...

I love their drinks and they have a huge menu! Unfortunately, their customer service sucks. While there for the first time last night, I wanted to ask about their boba as I don't usually order it often and usually don't like it-especially in frozen or blended drinks! I tried asking about this and the counter person ignored me the 3 times I tried asking. So, I just ordered something else. I thought I could ask a different staff member twice while waiting at the pick-up part of their counter. Both ignored me twice but eventually and reluctantly answered my question. Both also then went as far as they could away from the counter to discuss something that seemed related as they both kept looking back at me strangely and snickering.

I loved the boba, but I hate snotty and snobby people. I heard a few others complaining while I was there that their drinks were made incorrectly and they seemed to be snubbed away too without getting a remade drink. They looked visibly upset and unhappy.

I'm not sure about going back to order in the future. Since I enjoyed it, I might just try an online pick up instead so I can actually see some information about whatever drinks I want to try in the future or I'll look for some place else to try more baby boba drinks. But, my feedback is the staff is...

Convenient location even with the construction, with friendly and patient staff since it took a min to go over the menu. Did not see food options other than chips, but wasn't after food so I might have missed it. Tea, coffee, smoothie, slushie - a variety of flavors and options. FYI, the smoothies are made with non-dairy creamer (which is not dairy-free for those like me whom are allergic to dairy proteins). Daughter ordered Green Apple Slushie with Strawberry Gusher Boba and I got a simple Mango Peach Slushie, total $10.99. Her drink was up in no time; however, mine took about 3-5 minutes of loud discussion/argument before they could even make it, but we didn't get either drink til both were ready. LOVED that they come sealed (not a lid) and a large tube/straw...and the FLAVOR!!! Omg! Mine was absolute heaven in a cup; a perfect blend of flavors (hubby even loved it, tried to steal it, lol). Kiddo enjoyed hers, too. Overall, I'd definitely visit again when in the area.

First time I’ve tried Teapioca Lounge. The music was too loud. The cashier struggled to hear what I said and vice versa. I felt I was raising my voice at my friend trying to have a conversation with her inside the store. It was also super super busy. Non-stop people coming in with a line to the door. It was Saturday and this place has good reviews so it makes sense. The drink I ordered was the regular sized dirty vanilla chai cream blast (large is HUMONGOUS!). The drink itself was good. I also got the brown sugar tapioca balls (had no clue what I was in for lol). Personally did not like the tapioca balls. They were very large and chewy. Great in pudding, not so much a drink and because they are brown they really make me think of rabbit terds. Overall I recommend this place to tea lovers looking for a unique place. I do not recommend sitting in the restaurant if you’re planning to have a conversation or a more peaceful experience.
