TN Nails & Spa — Attraction in Colorado Springs

Went again to my appointment with Lisa today and as always does a superb job. Super sweet and over all detailed and does an amazing job. Happy to have tried this place and happy with my wonderful nail technician couldn’t have picked a better place !

Had an appt but my technician was out sick🥺 which I hope she feels better soon. Waited for a technician to be available and Long assisted me sweet man took great care of me and did a superb job ! ♥️

Lisa never fails and did it again ! She always takes her time and does a beautiful job. I’m not a big fan of glitter and wanted to do something different and Star Wars day is coming and Vader vibes ♥️🖤 love them

Went to Tina today my love thumb nail had broken 😞 and luckily she was available this morning and she did amazing ! Went with Black my favorite color and I am beyond happy with the results !

As always Lisa is killing the game and continues to do an amazing job, so happy to continue to go to her and her detail and overall care for my nails. #Blessed

My nail broke over Christmas and right away booked an appt with Lisa and she did not fail me and my nails look super cute! Back black and to short nails 😊 as always happy with my results ! I love it here !

I’ve been hesitant to write this review because I’ve been coming here for years and do trust TN as a whole to do a really good job… I’m sad that i no longer feel comfortable coming here. I had a really unpleasant experience the one time I’ve ever spoken up about anything.

It has become a regular occurrence that every time I come in for my scheduled appointment I am being told I need to wait 15 minutes. It’s never 15 minutes, it’s always closer to 30+ minutes. Waiting 5-10 minutes occasionally is totally fair but coming in for a scheduled appointment and regularly seeing your tech is still in the middle of someone’s acrylic’s and not even to the painting portion…. What’s the point in having an appointment? My last visit, i had another appointment i had to make it to so i asked if someone else could get me started this time. My nail tech and another were treating me as if that was a ridiculous ask and were refusing to help until Mary spoke up and stayed later to take care of me. From there my nail tech argued with her as i was getting my nails done, refused to finish my nails and wouldn’t even look at me. She did not speak to me when i checked out or apologize for the delay and behavior.

Mind you i have come here to years. I have always tipped 20% or above and i have never once complained even when at times i do feel like my typical tech rushes my nails. I’ve never once spoke up or come back to get them fixed when it has been deserved. I don’t talk during my nail appointments. I do feel like i am a very low maintenance client to take care of who has been nothing but kind and tipped generously… i was very saddened by this entire experience and am extremely grateful Mary stepped up, helped me out and was extremely kind and understanding of my situation. I considered just switching to her but ultimately just feel very uncomfortable after how the tech I’ve been going to for years conducted herself and treated me. I also don’t appreciate being made to feel like i was in the wrong to ask someone to get me started one singular time because it was needed when i wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment every.single.time. I come in.

Proceed with caution on who you have be your regular technician. I understand people have bad days but when i went to leave and she still refused to even look at me or acknowledge how she acted tells me she’s never appreciated me as a client to begin with. And that “15 minutes” was actually 28 minutes, i checked my clock when her prior client...

I had an incredible deluxe pedicure with the Jasmine salt, lotion and soak, including paraffin to make my feet buttery soft. Nice extended massage and some pressure points on my feet! Sooo much better than everyone else’s “spa” pedicure these days! Most places rub your leg for 60 seconds and put a hot towel on it and call it good.

Mary did a phenomenal job of a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. She asked what shape and thickness I wanted, checking withe throughout to make sure I was happy. I also like how she cleaned up all edges along my cuticles as she finished my gel polish.

My only complaint is one customer was babbling on her phone loudly right by my stand, another was talking on her speakerphone nonstop and the business phone also was ringing off the hook. It made it feel a little chaotic but I just plucked in my air pods and tuned out the world, but customers should be courteous that others are trying to relax and this is not their mobile office.

UPDATE: Had an incredible experience with Mary again today for a fill with gel polish and she is just amazing at her work! Perfect shape and length and I love their online booking system and check-in system!

UPDATE 2: I have gone back several times to have my nails with Mary and always happy with her impeccable work. I’ve had two additional pedicures and both the same type as my first, but not nearly the same quality. In one, the polish wasn’t dry after an hour and smudged my big toe and had to go back and have it re-done (not using acetone before polishing, especially after paraffin wax treatment is the cause). The polish chipped and looked worn in a week or so, and the next pedicure was also blah, no effort to massage or do deep muscle work like the first time. Polish held up better, but still not great.

Update:6/24.. Mary continues to be the absolute best for my nails and had a heavenly pedicure on my visit. I love this salon!
