Creekside Cellars is truly a place to a have a leisure relaxing day drinking wine and discussing life with great friends. It located near this beautiful creek where you can sit and enjoy a lovely view. Unfortunately, they only had seating available outside near the parking lot, but the view of the town was still lovely. The owner was very kind and great about helping us pair our wine with a delicious Italian antipasto board that was excellent. It was just a great blend of cheese, cured meats, marinated seasoned veggies, breads, olives, and peppers. We decided on small board, but it was plenty to enjoy with a small group. For my lunch, I decided on the Spicy Capicola, Fontina and Fig Panini. I’m not a huge pork person, but this sandwich was very tasty. The saltiness of the meat paired well with the sweetness of the fig. I hope I make it back to this lovely establishment. Five stars around the board

This is one of the best mountain town restaurants I have ever been to, and my go-to spot in Evergreen. The baked brie is a must-try, and I've ordered it on almost every visit. They also have a variety of wines and sandwiches, with generous portion sizes. The best seating is on the back patio overlooking the creek (you must call to make a reservation, and it fills up quickly), but they also offer a "to-go" option where they will pack your food up and you can sit at a picnic table by the water (I also appreciated they still let us use real wine glasses for this experience). It's a mixed vibe - Some people are dressed cute for a nice lunch out, while others are stopping in for a post-hike meal. The cherry-on-top is that Creekside Cellars has a parking lot... a rare find! Overall, would highly recommend this spot - Was just there last weekend and already planning my next return visit.

Well, I’ve been a customer here since the late 90s or early 2000s since the winery opened. Sad to say, our run there may be over. There was just a lot of strangeness throughout the meal. We went to celebrate a family friend’s birthday (of whom the server called “Grandma”….she is not our grandma). Had a nice table on the back patio, the creek is always beautiful. We promptly ordered a bottle of wine with our server once seated and proceeded to try to ask a menu question before she darted away. The bottle of wine took an unusual amount of time to come out. When it did, it was served tossed on the table, then once the women serving the wine slammed the glasses down, she poured the wine into them like she was dumping out mop water. She then proceeded to 5 finger and palm only the rims of all of our glasses while handing it out to each of us. Very unappetizing. She then proceeded to demand an answer from our child inquiring if she wanted to keep the kid’s menu drawing page and crayons because if not, she “did not want her to spill anything on it”, apparently so they could reuse the sheet???? Bizarre….She hadn’t even had time to start on it at this point since we were still in limbo waiting to have our menu questions answered. Our regular server finally made it back to the table to take our order but we still had a question which had gone unanswered when she bolted away. We asked if the child’s grilled cheese was on panini and she said yes. When it arrived (before the adult meals because “it was sitting in the back getting cold”) it was Texas Toast. Sorry, not a fan of white toast and we would have even ordered off the adult menu at a higher price point for our daughter if we would have been properly informed. Daughter did not send it back but started by snacking on the fruit that “tasted like soap”. Adult meals followed about 10 minutes later. We finished up then ordered 1 dessert to quickly share to commemorate the birthday. We had about 2 bites remaining (shared by 4 people so dessert goes fast, we were not eating slow) and it was 5 minutes before our 90 minute table time was up, the hostess comes and asks us to leave the table & go sit out front because the other people had arrived (early). Ummmm seriously, you take that long to bring us our wine then with only 2 bites of dessert left for 4 people and now, 5 minutes before our 90 minutes is up you ask us to leave the table?? Run, these folks are only in it for the money! Yes no one wants to work for free but their greed is repulsive and obvious.

People in this town leave nice multi star reviews reviews out of politeness, I’m all for kindness but it just devalues the hard work of other great restaurants in the area. It’s sad. These days, Creekside Cellars is nothing more than a crapshoot game with a great view. It’s time for...

My husband and I would not recommend this Winery & Cafe after our very disappointing experience on Sunday. I made reservations months in advance to sit at a creekside table (on their recommendation when I called and shared we were celebrating our Anniversary). When we arrived 20mins early to check-in with the hosts, we were told to walk around Evergreen and come back as they weren't ready. After returning right at our reservation time, the hostess looked at her watch and said it'd be a few more minutes and to wait. We stood off to the side for 10mins watching her seat 4 other groups, and then finally returned to the hostess stand where she again asked "if we had a reservation". We thought it was a joke, and noted that we had talked to her twice before already and were waiting as she had shared. She was clearly flustered, and finally seated us 15mins after our reservation time at a table that was open the entire time. Once seated, we waited another 15mins before we caught the attention of someone we think was an owner or Manager, explaining at this point we had no server stop by yet and were seated very late, and were frustrated and debating just departing. He apologized and said he'd send someone over, and then asked us if we'd like wine. We assumed with his attention on the matter, things would be addressed quickly...This was not the case, we watched as servers attended two other parties seated after us and then finally someone came over. The owner/manager did return while we were waiting, with a tasting glass pour of wine as an apology...felt less then adequate considering our entire experience.

We've got two young kids and rarely get to enjoy a meal out together without them in tow. We had expected this to be a beautiful, relaxing meal, and instead it was aggravating, disappointing, stressful, and rushed as we weren't served until 50mins in and had to rush to make it home.

Our takeaway was that it's not for us. The food and wine were fine, but coupled with the lack of attention to service, it just wasn't worth it. Would recommend Willow Creek or Keys on the Green instead if you're in search of what we were...

I had gone here before and had a decent experience. Today my family and I were planning to go for my birthday and I had been looking forward to it for weeks. However, when I called in to ask if I could make a reservation or put my name on a wait list the woman on the phone didnt even bother to say hello. She said she wouldnt accept a reservation but that she would take my name down on a wait list... and then hung up on me before bothering to ask my name. I called back to give my name and a different woman answered. I said how excited I was to spend my birthday there and the woman didnt even bother responding. I told her about my previous phone call. She did not apologize for the behavior of the previous employee and asserted that there was no list and that I had misunderstood (I did not). Both of them sounded unenthusiastic and frankly annoyed that I had called. They may have decent service when you're standing in front of them ready to empty your wallet, but their friendly disposition is clearly a farce. It was very rude and I doubt I'll go here again. I've made plenty of reservations for special occasions and typically the staff is friendly and accommodating. Their indifference towards my excitement and the sheer rudeness of hanging up on a customer should be enough to deter you from this...
