I’ve been around Flowers the majority of my life as a professional Florist that travels the world and is rated one of the top 25 Florist in the world and one of the 22 most sought after Florist in the United States. I never come and leave reviews for Anyone. I made a personal order from Penny, which does not do retail floristry. She went above and beyond to make the arrangement happen and getting it delivered to a town away from where her shop is. She is truly exceptional and pays so much attention to the detail, it was such a pleasure to work with her. She made everything so unique just like my cousin I cannot speak enough good things about this beautiful soul. She is truly amazing so it was a little concerning seeing the be LO review because that was not my experience! she was amazing if you have any needs, Penny will literally go out of her way to make it happen. She is marvelous everything that I wanted and even didn’t know I needed she did. I think take the 1 star review that she has with a grain of salt for an unhappy person. Pennylyn and her team made our special day beyond amazing!! After having our original florist cancel on short notice, I came to Pennylyn for desperate and last minute needs for our wedding in Philly. Pennylyn responded to my inquiry same day and got to work immediately! She really listened to us and our vision while still providing her floral input and expertise. More importantly she was more than willing to work within our budget which was necessary for us! Any last minute curve I threw Pennylyn’s way, she never flustered. On the big day, Pennylyn was punctual, prepared, organized, and soooo sweet! She went out of her way to come and wish us happiness on our special day. While Pennylyn was preparing our arrangements on site, she had a small accident that would eventually require stitches. Yet again, she did not show any sign of concern and still powered through and finished everything ahead of schedule. Having Pennylyn as our florist felt more like working with a close friend. In fact, we still talk to this day! We were able to share our comments with her and she was receptive and fair. We cannot recommend Pennylyn enough!
