Colts Neck Community Church — Attraction in Colts Neck Township

Young-ish "Pastor Chris" Durkin should be making female congregants at his Church feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. Please read between the lines here... There is also an issue at this Church of multiple reasonable people reaching out to the Pastor for help in serious times of life hardship for counsel and advice, & perhaps vital, needed connections in the Church and not being given the fair opportunity to be met with, just brushed off, despite several attempts. Some houses of worship & community are more about appearances in the earthly Image they present. As it is important to re-design & renovate the entire Sanctuary room to look spiffy.... Especially when located in a very wealthy area... As a Christian leader, one either WALKS the talk or just talks it & not back it up. But at least the expensive renovations, decor, & LED screens look good!... Past a certain point, a person gets tired of staying silent, and decides to leave a comment on the way out. It is important to be able to actually meet with your Pastor, know them, and feel heard and cared about, regardless of gender. Without all the generous women at this Church, there would be not Fellowship or Holiday meals because we all know deep down who PLANS, shops for, & dedicates their effort & time to these functions & cleans up afterward- Women! This all being said, some of the congregants here are lovely and live the Word. Good luck to all...

I want to thank my amazing Mom. During Covid, our church closed. I was the Assistant Store Manager for Buy Buy Baby during Covid. I was in charge of ordering all the food for the store, baby monitors, food processors and safety. I am so thankful, her faith in God. I worked long hours but finally had the time to sit and eat dinner with my family after night because of curfew during Covid. I was able to relax on my day off, every Sunday and go to church. The best part of my Mom is she knows my biggest girl and I walked every Sunday with my beach chair. It’s the best. I love how we start off standing with prayer and then we rock out to some of my favorite bands. It has been such an experiencing. I highly recommend their small groups!! Confidential and...

Excellent church. My wife and I have attended CNCC for quite a while now and we absolutely love how welcoming our church family is. We are taught straight from the Bible and have learned so much since starting. That's pretty cool because it's hard to find a true Bible believing church that teaches straight from scripture, Genesis to Revelation, without jumping around every Sunday. It's really a great way to learn The Bible. We highly recommend this church if you are looking for somewhere to call home! If you don't know The Lord, I also HIGHLY recommend you get to know Him.
