Always have used this business and found the arrangements wonderful. However when I ordered a large floral arrangement for my daughters wedding there were eight flowers! She was so upset she did not carry them at her wedding. The owner said she made it herself and refused to reimburse me my money. They do not stand behind their work. They ruined my daughters pictures as there were no flowers. The owner was mean and rude when I complained. Would stay away from this business!

edit after reading the response from the owner: we never cursed at you, we were inquiring as to why the arrangement costs so much just being 8 flowers. My daughter as stated did not dislike the arrangement, we had requested a large bouquet and received a very small one that did not match the wedding. We would absolutely have no problem paying $180 for the arrangement had it been what had been described as a large cascading bouquet. For reference we had ordered a small bouquet a month prior that was gorgeous and half the price (and only had one less flower than the bouquet we purchased for the wedding). HORRIBLE ARRANGEMENT & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I ordered an arrangement on Saturday 5/11/19 at 3pm (only a 1/2 hour past the same day delivery time) and requested they be delivered on that day so they would arrive for Mother’s Day. I ordered the Aurora and did not get the Aurora delivered! The “peach Lillie’s” weren’t even in the bouquet at all that was delivered . I called to complain, the owner said I ordered at the end of the day so pretty much whatever was left over was put in the arrangement to equal the cost of what I purchased. The bouquet looks nothing like what I ordered she said since the value was still there there’s nothing they can do. She actually compared it to a pen and said if I asked for a BLUE pen I should still be happy if I got a GREEN one as long as the price was the same??? Sorry it doesn’t work like that in flowers! I should have gone to Shop Rite, at least I would know what I’m getting and not just get the bottom of the barrel because they are trying to produce orders they clearly can’t handle!! 100% dissatisfied.
