Joshua (my fiancé) always told me he wanted to give me nothing but the best. After 4 years he secretively was creating my perfect engagement ring to be everything I always imagined it would be and more. He told me he met with Eric and Joe on multiple occasions to discuss designs, sizing and shapes to customize a ring just for me. There were some trials and tribulations, but at the end of it all, they were quick to make things right and make the ring absolutely perfect. Josh had his own experience creating and planning my ring but I wanted to share my experience with it this far. It was warming to hear that Eric and Joe, took the time to help my fiancé personally create a ring just for me. My own, one of a kind! It started off as a pear shaped diamond with 5 prongs and small diamonds along each side of the band. It is beyond beautiful and more than I could have ever imagined. Josh proposed to me May 24th, 2021. I cherished it more than anything. I ensured to take it off when washing the dishes, showering and definitely when I went to bed at night. I’m also a nurse so I knew better than to even think of wearing it to work with constant hand washing and gloves being put on and taken off. By mid June (only a a couple weeks later) I had noticed the diamond felt loose. I instantly brought it to J. Vincent who tightened it right up for me within 5-10 minutes. PHEW! That was a close call! But then, about a month after that, July 21st, 2021, I went to visit Josh’s family in Georgia for a week. After coming home from a late dinner, my hand caught my blanket. That was when I looked down and saw the reason the blanket got caught, was because it was just prongs due to the diamond missing!!! I yelled in full panic mode and called to my fiancé. After slowly shaking the blanket, I started crawling on my hands and knees in search for my diamond. Thank the heavenly gods, it was right on the floor. I was super grateful to have found the diamond and we called J. Vincent the next morning. Needless to say, we took both the ring and diamond back to J. Vincent upon our return home on July 29th, 2021. I clearly was upset considering I only had the ring for two months, and made sure I kept it as safe as I could. After requesting an additional prong be added, they took care of us just as I had requested. They not only just added a sixth prong, but they also changed the whole setting to encompass the diamond more securely and made the top prong have a “V” tip to secure the diamond even more. Josh and Joe communicated directly to each other and I had my ring back 2 weeks later on August 19th, 2021. I am so happy and grateful J. Vincent took care of us and ensured we were satisfied with our outcomes in doing business. We are especially thankful for making things right without even asking for another penny from us. Their customer service is truly top notch! They made us feel like valued customers!

Simply the best. I originally came to J Vincent to have my engagement ring and band resized. After stopping at a few jewelry shops prior, I knew the second my husband and I walked in we were in the right place. Everyone at J Vincent was so nice and accommodating. Justine helped me design the perfect ring, she was so sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for! Joe and Justine really took their time with us to go over exactly how I wanted the rings to look and I couldn't be happier! I also couldn't help browsing a bit and ended up buying an additional stack ring as a push gift for having my first son. Their jewelry really is so unique and beautiful! Our most recent visit was today. I normally don't write reviews, but I really felt that I needed to express just how wonderful our experience was. We showed up (no appointment) Lisa greeted me right away, I explained my rings needed to be resized again after giving birth to my second son LOL. She quickly handled that and had my engagement ring resized while I waited! It was super quick, I couldn't believe it! I also explained I needed a very sentimental cross repaired (it was my late cousins that was passed down to me) She said no problem and carefully packaged that up for the jeweler to fix. I couldn't stop staring at this beautiful dainty cross by the checkout. I am passing the repaired cross down to my son for his baptism and this cross was just staring me in the face. I asked Lisa to take a look at it and we worked on pairing it with the perfect chain. I held my breath waiting to hear the price and I was so happy with how reasonable it was. While all this was going on, it was nice to see the happily engaged couples coming in to pick up their engagement rings and wedding bands!! I was introduced to J. Vincent Jewelers, and Joe Brando 1995. I had just relocated from St. Louis to New Jersy and was on a very tight budget. It was Christmas time and I wanted to get my wife a gift that showed my appreciation for all the sacrifices she made moving around the country, for my career.
