Armory Sports and Recreation Center — Attraction in Columbia Township

I called looking for a spot to shower while passing through town, and was told that they "don't have public showers" and redirected to a homeless shelter. I don't really want to take resources meant for homeless folks, and I'm not sure why I can't just buy a day pass and use their showers.

I just started Shorin-ryu karate at the karate club taught out of the Armory. I have over 20 years experience in Japanese karate, but haven't practiced in about 17 years.
