When placing an order online - it does not secure your purchase. Do not expect to pick up your items within your selected window even after text confirmations are sent. (Order placed, order received, order being prepared)
After arriving to pick up my order I was told that they no longer had my medicine, they’d become sold out within 20 minutes. I explained that I had text confirmation and he stated “we no longer fill orders as they are placed - they are prepared at pickup now.” I told him I was unaware of this update and asked where it was posted, why they send out text still, and why didn’t I receive a call - he just apologized. Instead of offering an appeasement the gentleman offered to assist me with finding a different item - but laughed when I wanted it for the same price as the items ordered. I then suggested he call the South location and check to see if they had any of what i originally ordered - he agreed and then came back to the window and stated “they have four jars left.” I advised him to hold them and I was on my way. He agreed and insured I had my ID’s before leaving.
Upon arriving at the South location I was told that they in fact never received a phone call, haven’t talked to the other location, did not know who I was, had no request to hold anything, and did not have the strain I ordered. No appeasement offered - only thing they took from this was “chucking it up as bad communication.”
The fact that I’m placing an order for a prescription, you don’t advise me of this update, and then tell me after sending me on a wild goose chase.. “my bad.” It’s Unacceptable!!!!
I understand the need to cut back on faulty orders, but don’t punish all of your good customers in the process. Advise it to say: “we’ll hold your order for 24 hours - after you no show twice - you can no longer place an order ahead. You can only come into the store and make future purchases.”

I have been very impressed with the superior customer service and product knowledge, until today… I had a horrible experience purchasing through the drive through, which has been down quite a bit lately, and I was excited to finally pick up at the window. My order was ready on time, but when I requested another purchase that wasn’t available from the pre order website, Patrick asked for me to be courteous and come inside, I mentioned to Patrick, that he’s the one who should be couteous, and that last time the drive through was down, I waited in line for 45 minutes and that one of the reasons I have a MMC is because of PAIN. Patrick became very hateful, and we spent quite a-lot of time exchanging words. In the end someone else saved the day, it was a gentleman, I knew what I wanted, and he quickly pulled items from the cart right next to Patrick, I did request a couple more items, again I knew what I wanted and I had $270 to spend on the sale. The original sale was $70. I’ve been able to do this in the past, and truthfully it only took a couple minutes to pull the items for me, way shorter time than arguing with me! When I left, I was trembling and had to pull over, Patrick had triggered my PTSD! I called and requested to speak with manager and or Owner. I finally decided to go cause one of my favorite comedians talks about a shangri la so it was on my to do list. Great staff that helps you thru the door and then your kinda lost figuring out how things work. What wS a nice surprise was tons of pinball games. That was so cool. Lots to look at but forget that and get in line. Watch the board thats scrolling for stuff you might like and pricing. After about 30mins of waiting in the main room I got waved in to the actual main area where you can purchase items. I always ask my budtenders what they like and what I'm looking for. They had things I needed but at a much higher price than I ever pay. I will say my budtender was super nice and trying to be super helpful. I was shocked when she said they said they had a discounted rack. I dunno how that was discounted I look at a overall that was higher than a normal preroll I would get else where. After seeing the prices I chose just to get something small just to try. One preroll half gram was ober 20 dollars and I was just in shock but I was on a mission to try the place out. I wasn't thrilled with what I got for the price. Id advise other to check around for prices locally because this was like the snoop dog prices for below average preroll. I wont be back. I was also shocked to see that I was a new customer and didn't get like a free anything just for going.
