Dear Burger King employees working on the morning of Monday August 29th 2022 at 7am, you are the worst. I literally mentioned while in the drive thru that I would need just a moment to figure out what my CHILDREN wanted to eat before I could order. Then once my family, whom I am simply trying to feed breakfast, receives our food the hashbrowns are old and hard and the sandwiches are literally soggy to the point where we had to wonder if they'd been soaked in water. This is so massively insulting to me. That you would know that as a customer I am there purchasing a meal for my family, for my CHILDREN, and yet you would lack the motivation to do your job well and provide an acceptable and edible meal to paying customers. The message this sends is that my family eating is of so little importance to you on an individual level that you simply cannot be bothered to actually do your job decently... A job that I might point out is among the easiest and simplistic jobs in existence. Shame on you. And your sector of the workforce has the audacity to want to make as much money as teachers, nurses and police officers. These are people who teach our children, care for our sick, and protect our society. YOU can't even make sandwiches right.... You are so not on their level, and you simply don't deserve to be. Read moreHours say they close at midnight. I came before 11:30pm and the menu in the drive thru was completely dark and turned off. Waited for like 5 min since a car had just driven off and there was one waiting at the pickup window. Nothing... Drove around past the pickup window and saw a male employee inside, so I drove back to the ordering section of the drive thru. Waited approximately another 5 min of nothing before driving to the window. A minute later the man walks up and asks if I had an order. I respond "no because the menu is off like you're closed and no one answers on the intercom". He responded by saying he was busy helping a customer... I ask why the menu was off then, and he reiterates, more pointedly this time, that he's been busy helping a customer. Not even an apology or an offer to take an order.
Why are you open to midnight and turning off your menu an hour before you close? Why make the place look like it's closed, when you're open until an hour later? It really seemed like the employee(s) did not want to take any orders and was trying to coast through the last hour of work with as little activity as possible. Not a good...
Read moreThe food was barely edible, after taking 16 minutes just to get an order of chicken nuggets. There was virtually only 4 tables occupied in the store. Every table was gross with dried on food. The floor had not been swept or mopped (spilled food and drinks everywhere). I was there for 30 minutes waiting for my orders and no one cleaned a table or swept the floor. When I asked the manager if he thought a customer should wait 16 minutes for an order of nuggets, he replied that "it was not his problem" in a very rude manner. He also stated that "there were only the two of them on the front line because the owner did not think the store had enough business to warrant having more staff." I told him that he just had one less customer, his response was "whatever" and went back to what he was doing.
