Only thing good was the location. Upon checking in I was given an occupied room. The next room reeked of cigarettes. The attendant told me the person who rented the room for a month smoked cigars in there even when told not to. I know the difference between cigars and cigarettes. 3rd room smelled like mold and garlic. I was told the hotel had a leak from the roof and they tried cleaning all the carpets but all the rooms had a smell. Not true ! My Aunt & Uncle were staying in the hotel as well. 4th room looked clean and didn't smell so I kept it. Put my things in there & left. Upon returning 4 hrs later about 10:30 pm. I pulled the covers back to lay my things on, shower, & start getting ready for bed. However I noticed the sheets had a hard crusty surface with something on it which means the sheets on the bed were never changed. HOW DISGUSTING ! Called down to let the attendant know the sheets were dirty and was told I'll bring u some sheets up. I stated I'm not making the bed. The attendant then said VERY rudely, well what do u want me to do? I said don't worry about it, I'll handle it from here (because I was calling corporate) & hung up. I called back to ask his name and the GM's name and when she would be there. He gave me the information and told me to leave because he didn't like how I was talking to him. I'm guessing because I said I wasn't making no bed. I proceeded to get in the shower & then my child took a shower. Afterward the police was knocking on my room door & told us we had to leave because we were trespassing. Me & my child were put out at midnite, with no refund, and had no where to go because we live 4 hrs away. All rooms were booked because of tournaments. We slept in the car until 2pm the next day when we got another room. Funny how the guy who smoked never got put out but I did for not making a bed. NEVER STAY HERE !

This hotel is nicely decorated but they seriously need to clean their air ducts and vents. Visible caked on dirt and dust in all vents in the room. Nice that they have luggage carts and great toiletries if you forget yours. Still offers breakfast in spite of covid. Flexible with checkout times which was very helpful considering late night arrival

Really nice and modern room. I definitely enjoyed my stay and didn’t second guess the cleaning done in it. I definitely would stay again if I’m in the area. Pricing was great for a room of this size.

I have been patiently waiting to get the email to writea review! I stayed here for 2 nights. The first night was great! I got in very late and was exhausted. The king size bed all to myself was so comfortable and the room is very nice. Fast forward to my 2nd night stay..... not so great. We were in Columbia for a softball tournament and they played all day so we all got back to the hotel absolutely exhausted and ready to go to bed. Especially since we were playing early the next morning. I walked in the side door since my room was as on the end on the first floor. I immediately felt like I was back in college and the local college bar in the dance room. Terrible music was literally shaking the entire hotel while crouds of people filled the hallway with no masks on. I soon realized there was a very large party going on in a conference room! As I pushed my way to the front desk to see what in the world was going on and how long is this god awful music going to last, the front desk person told me there was nothing he could do about it because they paid good money for that room!! I had a migraine and just wanted to go to bed but they party may as well been going on in my room so that wasn't happening. The people literally were partying in the hallways in front of the door to my room. Not 1 person had a mask on. And let me remind you, there is a sign when you walk in that said "no mask no service!" It all made me feel very uncomfortable. The music went on until 10:30 and people seemed to fill the hallways and still be loud until at least 11. It also seemed like every other room in the hallway was a room block for the party so why on earth would you put me in the middle of that commotion!!?? The next morning I very kindly expressed my frustration to the woman at the front as I was checking out. She proceeded to tell me it was a fashion show going on she would talk to the manager about giving me some sort of refund and of course, no surprise to me, I haven't heard anything from anyway. I guess I will be contacting Marriott and expressing my frustration to them. I will definitely not...

We stayed here one night and it's okay. First, it was clean. That's always the most important thing to me. The beds were pretty comfortable. The suite had enough room for us to spread out. We even got food from the Mexican place next door and had plenty of space and table area to eat in the room. We were exhausted from the drive and just didn't feel like eating at the actual restaurant. |The three things that knocked the rating the most were the window, the desk partition, and the bathroom door. The desk partition was loose, I suppose so someone had shoved a piece of cardboard in the track to keep it from moving. However, it just rattled every time someone walked past it. So that was a little annoying, but nothing major. |The next thing is the bathroom door. There is nothing physically wrong with it, but the design isn't great. It is frosted glass which looks fantastic. However, when you are up early for showers and everyone else is sleeping, it does nothing to block the light. Unfortunately, it is right across from the beds so once one of us was up, the rest of us in the beds were up. Our son stayed happily asleep on the pull out couch. Again, structurally, the door worked fine and it was aesthetically nice, but not a great choice.|The worst thing was the window. It wasn't latched all the way and the locking mechanism was bent so there was no way for it to be latched all the way. So it was letting in cold air and noise from sirens going by all night, which wasn't pleasant. |We did tell the desk representative when we checked out, just in case they didn't know about the above. Make sure to check for the sheet for the pull out if you are going to use it and check the number of towels because we didn't have the sheet or enough towels for 4 people. We just went to the desk and they got them for us, but just a heads up. I probably would give this 3.5 stars if I could do halfs on here,...
