Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Horrible, took my family of 5 to eat, place was empty and we where the only ones in there around 3pm on a Saturday. Ordered 8 wings, 1 fries, 2 personal pan pizzas and 2 spaghetti's one with sauce and one without added cinnamon rolls and garlic knots. I paid up front 54.98 with a 5.02 tip to make it an even sixty, didnt plan on being there long. Waitress brought each item out individually with minutes in between. Started with fries, then the wings, then the cinnamon buns and garlic knots. After that came the personal pan pizzas, then 20 minutes and a visit from the manager confirming we wanted pasta with no sauce, finally the "spaghetti" came out, but it was actually their meaty marinara pasta, leaving my 3 y/o and 11 y/o to snack on the other foods while they waited. My 11 y/o was so upset by the time his food came he didnt even want to eat anymore. On top of everything, the food wasn't very good, mostly overcooked and I was skeptical as to whether the chicken was fully cooked or not and two pieces of hair found in the food. Okay, whatever, bad experience no big deal it happens. We where polite, didnt say anything to upset anyone or make a scene. Just a mental note not to go there again. I will say that while we where the only ones in there it was very difficult to get ahold of anyone, as there where all hanging out in the kitchen for the most part. Wake up the next day to find my account in the negative, two charges, the original 54.98 and another charge for 45.98. I rarely have a bad experience with the food from this location. What really brings this location down is the employees and management. I always place my order several hours in advance so I can pick it up on my way to work. Half the time it's not ready when I get there, and the other half of the time I think they made it as soon as the order was placed (sometimes a couple hours in advance) and then let it sit in the warmer until I get there. Most of the inhouse staff is rude (the driver's have always been polite when they deliver), will make you wait while they finish a conversation with a coworker about non-work related things (OMG, Becky, I don't care who asked you out! Just give me my food. Side note: if there is a Becky at this location it wasn't her; I picked a random name) Tonight 9/5/2015 they ran out of dough. Seriously?! What pizza place doesn't order enough dough for 1: a Saturday night, and 2: is the first Mizzou home game? I placed my order about an 1.5 hours in advance to be picked up on my way to work, like I do about twice a month, and I get there to pick it up, they make me wait 10 minutes before they'll even look for my pizza, and then they tell me that it never got made because they're out of dough. Really? To make matters worse the one responsible employee in the building who was actually trying to take charge (Hannah, a CSR) was trying to call all of the managers to figure out what to do and not a single one would answer their phone. What kind of restaurant runs on the busiest night of the week...

This place is in need of some serious direction. I gave them way too many tries at attempting to cook a pizza. I always order it well done or extra extra extra extra well done (after the 3rd crappy pizza, I tried this label). The first pizza looked as if it was way undercooked, crust white as could be, mind you I always call in after the order is placed online, to ask for it to be cooked extra well done! Took the pizza back to them and the manager agreed it was not cooked properly even if I didn't ask for it well done, gave me a credit as my attempt to eat it made me sick. Next pizza not cooked as well, then they somehow cooked 2 pizzas and gave them both to me, I'm thinking sweet... except both were inedible. I might have tried this location a couple more times and the same result. How hard is it to cook a pizza with extra sauce well done guys? Needless to say, I drive across town to another pizza hut that is capable of cooking a pizza with extra sauce well done, on the first try mind you... Oh and they have forgotten my 2 liter on multiple occasions, along with the 1 time I tried delivery, it was cold despite their location being less than 3 blocks away. Steer clear of...
