As multiple reviews have stated, there is NO customer service. As in if you lose the key fob to enter the gym or the fob quits working for some reason, you will not be going to the gym for the foreseeable future. I have currently been calling for over a month with a membership/access question that should literally be resolved in under 2 minutes and have yet to receive a return call. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM!!! The equipment they have here is old and very limited. Very small space which is why I switched to Planet Fitness for less money than this shack. ALSO, good luck trying to cancel your month to month subscription. There is no one in person at this gym to cancel and when you tried to contact the owner to cancel they NEVER call you back. I really enjoyed my time at this gym. It's very convenient to get in and out and it was easy to sign up. However, a few problems that bring the rating down including dirty, broken equipment, way too expensive price (I was at a much larger, nicer gym in CT that was $15 a month), and not well ventilated.
