Very disappointed today with the customer service received in the print shop. I ordered 500 postcards before the 2pm deadline for same day pickup. An associate called me at 4:07pm and indicated the order was too large for her to complete and could it wait until tomorrow. I indicated no because I need them before I an early morning flight. She offered partial order and I agreed to half. She was very nice and asked if I wanted her to remove a white area she noted on the cards and I said sure that would be great. I then let her know that I would pick up half at closing and the other half next week. She said ok. I get to the store just now and no order. They call the young lady that called me earlier and she stated that there was an issue with the order with the white line that she couldn't fix so she sent it off. This is not an excuse because I could care less about the white border I just needed these cards to take with me. Just like she called me to tell me she couldn't complete the full order she should have called me back and let me know that even half wasn't feasible. At least I could have sent them somewhere else. Staff on-site that had to handle was nice and understanding from both sides because it was nothing either of us could do. I hate bad customer service and...

The employees literally walked by us without acknowledging our presence in the store. The employee in the printing department was frowning even before I approached her with a question and offered NO additional assistance while I attempted to use the self-service print option. She left and the other two employees who replaced her never acknowledged me or offered assistance. I was unable to complete my project and left. Upon leaving the store, the cashier by the door was on a tablet and never acknowledged any of us. I understand why there are low reviews for this location on other sites. Extremely disappointed! So she said stop by Staples to return them to Amazon and she texted me 2 QR codes. I thought this sounded Crazy, but I did what she said anyway :-) I walked right up to the counter and a new employee, Jaden, said, “Yep, she’s correct” lol and it took him maybe 30 seconds for him to scan them in and print my receipt and show me the 15% staples coupon that came from just using them to ship the items from Amazon back to the sender.
