My kids and I went to the library because they wanted to go do something. Well we got there too late and they were closing. I had planned to stop by Wendy's afterward and get them dinner since it was that time of day. We don't get fast food often and when we do it's usually chickfillet because I feel comfortable that they're getting cleaner food and a good atmosphere there. Well, since they couldn't go to the library and Wendy's doesn't have a play place, we decided to stop by a McDonald's that was on the way home. That way they could have a little fun and I figured a one time meal at Mickey Dees wouldn't kill us. I pulled in and the sun was very bright in my eyes and there was a car backed out of a parking spot blocking all three of the spaces there by the door. I figured they were in the process of moving on and waited. Then the driver flicked us the bird as she motioned us around her. I had to park at the end- having a hard time with the sun shining in my eyes to get around her vehicle which I realized that was lesiurly parked there talking to a friend. She stuck her middle finger at us the whole way as we went around her. I didn't appreciate that with my children in the car, so I got out and decided to walk up before getting the kids out and tell her that it was not necessary to give me and my children the F finger just because we were trying to park. She wailed off with obscenities and horrible language at me spurring me on to step up and fight. Being better than that, I said my piece very calmly sans cuss words and walked back to the car. Didn't want to get the kids out at that point as she was yelling racial slurs out at me. I decided to report her and instinctively headed towards the nearest chick fillet while on the phone reporting the public disturbance. We got to chick fillet and the kids played in the play area with others that were there- children of all backgrounds who were so friendly and immediately included them in the game they were playing. Food was awesome and timely as usual. Felt like home again in a sense. I know that the customers at these places don't speak for the place itself, but against my better judgment I decided to try somewhere else out, just for the different playground. Read moreAs much as I hate to give chik fila a bad rating because as a whole, they are a wonderful fast food chain, I simply cannot let this to continue to slide. As much as I care, this specific chik fila just doesn’t get it. I have complained numerous amounts of times regarding the portion of serving that is been given on several orders. This includes the Mac and cheese and French fries. I would not spend 20 minutes to write a review over a $2-$3 dollar item. There has to be a practice at this specific location that the serving of these items should only be 2/3rds full. The picture attached is the complete truth and honesty of what is served. This is a management issue that has clearly not been addressed after numerous complaints. This is a clear indication the management team is after profits or there is no attention to detail in training the kitchen . I do not except fries to be falling onto the street as the order is handed to me in the drive thru, however missing 1/3rd is unacceptable. Chik fila is a “Christian based company” but this location has mastered “theft” from its customer base. This has become unacceptable. I cannot continue to inform management upon every other visit. My next step is to send a video of the meal being handed to me to corporate they can see no alteration has been done to the servings portion. I am hoping management sees this review and begins to truly care about the customer serving rather than profit margin held back from consistent under serving customers after thousands of transactions. Read moreOrdered food nice guy could tell he was new and I can tell he has not been trained he shorted me $2 no problem he was polite a lady, that I found out was the night shift manger kinda pushed him out the way and handed me a quarter I told her it was $2 and she fixed the error and told him what he needed to do and I don’t think he understood, Went and sat down and my daughter said they forgot her Mac & Cheese so I went back to get it, I talk to the young man and he didn’t know what to do (not his fault) he asked another girl they then ask for my receipt so I go back and get my receipt and gave it to them then I stood there for 2 min and at know time did anyone tell me what’s going on so the night time manager get the receipt and is going to the cash register I finally what going on I just need my Mac and cheese she rudely said I’m trying to get that for you sir at this time I am frustrated because this whole process has been a pain in the butt and I ask her can’t you just grab my Mac and cheese so we can eat my foods getting cold and the lady this is no Exaggeration looked at me Like a deer in the headlights for like 34 seconds straight and had an attitude like I was wrong for wanting to sit down and eat my food while it was hot me and my daughter eat here once a week but usually it’s on Fridays and I’ve never had an issue.
