Where do I begin. I owned a C2 queen before my recent purchase of an i8 king and I loved it. I also love the i8 king. What I don't love is that I was told my bill would be 60 month equal payments with the discounted price for that special weekend in June, I got a bill for double the price quoted to me. After numerous conversations with sleep number and synchrony I was told I just had to pay the double bill for 2-3 billing cycles until it is corrected. Why am I the one having to pay the price for a mistake made??? I fully believe in integrity and being of your word. After this I wanted to return my bed because I was lied to. That when the truth came out about my 90 day trial... More lies.... Apparently I couldn't return my $3,000 adjustable frame. Even thought I was told I could swap to any bed or return any time within the 90 day period. The only thing I was told is if I got the foot warming bed I couldn't return that mattress. The obvious catch is, sure you can return your mattress and you are stuck with the $3,000 adjustable base but dont worry, we will send you a complimentary bar so you can use the ugly base with any mattress you choose. I should have been told this from the start. This should be made very clear to people. Not have it in 2 pages of secrecy that I signed a.t the end. I thought when I was told 90 days I can return or swap, I thought I was being told the truth. Read moreSpent $7,500.00 back in October 0f 2015, every 2 weeks the day before I would get a call stating my delivery was being delayed due to stock issues. This went on until December 2015 when I finally cancelled the order & bought a Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe. I regret it everyday, I wanted & needed the i8 due to a spinal injury, but after the final delivery notification I was assured it would definitely be delivered. I had my old bed taken away to donation. 2 hours before delivery I got a call stating my delivery was being delayed for 7-10 days due to stock Issues. I had to sleep on a blow-up mattress on the floor for 4 days until I got the Tempurpedic delivered. My back was out for over a week & I couldn't hardly walk. The best Sleep Number would do was offered to overnight me the mattress & a metal frame, all of which I would have to assemble myself. Then sometime in the future (which they could not guarantee a specific date) the adjustable base would be delivered & I would have to breakdown the metal frame & ship it back myself. They were going to place a hold on my credit card for the amount of the metal frame until it was returned! Now 4.5 years later, my Tempurpedic is literally breaking down, due to the way the adjustable base folds in 3 places & I now need a new bed. I have to replace the adjustable base too or it will just happen again. Sleep Number failed me miserably & didn't even seemed bothered by it, meanwhile people that came in after me were getting their beds delivered in a week. After that, bought a memory foam, haterd it so I kept playing chase with bedrooms & then gave them away. Next bought 2 adjustable frames & an I-10 with the True Temp heat/cool topper per side. Now I finally know what a good night sleep means! My sales associate, Bob Brown showed me from the lowest to the highest giving detailed, interesting information. I as torn between the 8 or 10 but was definitely buying the topper. So while he went about getting figures together for both sets for me to compare, I quietly hoped it would take some time because I was so comfortable! I was in town visiting relatives so stopped in & everyone there was quite pleasant. It made signing my name to the credit card receipt just a little easier...
