One of the workers came to my house only a few hours after I had contacted them to take a look. She was professional and very knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem, she was very communicative about repairs. Once the parts arrived, she came to my house at 7pm (after store hours) to fix our dryer. When shopping for appliances, look no further. I was looking for a new washer and about to head to a big box store. Luckily, I had been shopping in the area and saw Appliances 4 Less - so I decided to pop in. The owner helped me decided on a washer and when I saw the price, I decided to get a matching dryer to go with it. I saved almost a thousand dollars off of MSRP and even about $500 compared to what the larger stores were offering. The machines came with a warranty and peace of mind. We found this location on marketplace Facebook and we are so happy that we stopped in... Needless to say we had shopped around Searching for the best prices. "Appliance for less" Was definitely more reasonable... Hao greeted us and worked with us up until the end. He was very helpful. His manager Sue worked out a deal with us and we set up delivery for Fri.. Our washer dryer and refrigerator arrived as promised on Friday.
