I don't know if I can even give them a one star rating. I first placed an order in mid-May. 3/4 of my order came through the rest did not. There was no explanation as to why the last part of the order did not come through. I called my rep Jason and he told me they were out of stock on that particular order. Even though when I placed my order, they were in stock on that item. Two weeks later I placed a second order for the first item that I had received. My event had grown and I needed more of the first item received. I was told I would receive it in a few days. 13 days later I still have not received my order. I called Jason and he told me he will call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later I called him back. He told me he will call me back in another 30 minutes. Three hours later I called him back. He told me the order had not been printed yet. Obviously there is no communication between my sales rep and me as a business owner. I went above Jason's head to his manager Steve Parker. Steve apologized and told me he would find out what was going on. He did not return my phone calls. I left several messages with him inquiring about my order. I called him on June 30 and asked him where my order was. I was told he was out of the office for the Fourth of July holiday. I left a message on his voicemail. I left a voicemail telling him to call me a soon as you get into the office on my personal cell number. I told him I was on vacation and I would need this order ASAP. I told him he could while I was on vacation as long as I knew I could get my order. I called him again on July 6. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I told him I left a message. He asked for a hairdo? I told him for him to call me on my personal voicemail at work. He said oh. He called me back on Friday and told me he was going into the office on Saturday to print my order. Saturday he called me on my cell phone and told me that my order would be shipped out and I will receive it on Tuesday July 11 for my event on July 12. July 11 my order never showed up. I called Steve Parker. He told me they never printed my order. Before I left a review I found the owners email and sent him an email. Unfortunately my schedule is very busy and some of his emails got lost in communication. The bottom line is that the owner of the company dropped the ball as well. I never got an apology for the way I was treated by his staff. He finally offered to send a digital copy of my print or even in a different logo. I run a very successful martial arts school. I had to refund money because all of my participants expected to receive a T-shirt with a specific logo. Not something different than what was originally ordered or what we're using as a standard logo. The owner never responded to my final request as to how we were going to make this right. In my humble opinion I believe he needs to fire his staff and staff with quality people. As a business owner I realize if I make a mistake I need to step up to the plate and make it right even if it cost me in the long run. I save face and build a better business that way. Clearly this gentleman does not know the value of keeping good business people and having good business practices. If I were you I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for transfers for your businesses no matter how big or how small your business is. As a business owner he bragged to me how he ran a martial arts school out of his basement. I run a highly successful martial arts after school and summer camp program. We run hundreds of students in our program. I don't do anything out of my basement. No offense here for your comments and your actions are...
Read moreI am in love with this company. Im a musician/band leader and I wanted “merch” for my fans. However, local T-Shirt shops were outrageously priced and only provided 1 or 2 color print screening of a name and logo.
But, I decided to go ahead anyway and left a message with our local printshop who does all the ball teams etc. but they never got back with me. So, after leaving 2 messages that were never returned, my anger at being snubbed forced me to seek other avenues and that’s when Google introduced me to ARTBRANDS. (The local shop was on vacation but failed to change their outgoing message)
I uploaded my photo and scaled it to fit and submitted my project. I did receive a phone call from my rep clarifying a few details regarding the intended purpose and what colors (bright or dark) as I guess it affects how they trim the edges. I received my decals very quickly. In the meantime, I searched for cheap, but good quality shirts. Not only did I score big on the shirts but also tote Bags.
So, now I can make my merch for about $6.00 each. At that price I decided I’m not a vendor, I’m a musician and so I chose to give gifts to people that hire me or fans that go all out to support me. And these gifts have been well appreciated all around

Read moreI was making a shirt for my friend, I got all the way done with the shirt and went to put their transfer iron-on, on...I followed the directions exactly as they said, but it never transferred. I did this several times, but it would never stick. And they left a gray outline on the shirt so it was ruined! I called the company to try and get them to help me, but "Deb" told me that they had good products, and maybe I didn't do it right. I explained to her that I did and that their iron-on had ruined my whole project. I asked that they reimburse me the for the project so I could start over (I even offered to send pictures). She was very rude and just said all she could do is send me new iron on keys...which I didn't want, because all the times I tried ironing the old ones on, left a light brown stain on the shirt (got too hot from the iron going over the same spot), so new keys wouldn’t save the damage. She was rude and very unhelpful! Please save yourself the trouble, and don't buy from this company. Worst customer service, and my issue could have been fixed for a minimal amount to...
