This hotel is like a war zone. Active construction, even on a Saturday. The entire first floor looks like a war zone. We spent the first night dealing with crazy noise all night but we dealt with it because it was a Friday night. At 11:30am on Saturday I went to take a shower and there was NO WATER at all. I called the front desk and the guy said that a pipe broke and the water will be off for a couple of hours (no doubt caused by the active demo that they're doing on a Saturday). I tried asking if there was anything that they can do to make this stay better for us and the next thing I know, the call went silent. I went to the front desk to find out what happened and received no explanation. There are a ton of better hotels for what this place charged us (~$140/night). Do yourself a favor and don't book here!

Overall the hotel was a really nice place to stay. During my stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool/ hot tub were both really nice and well kept. My only complain about my entire stay was the breakfast selection wasn't the greatest. I say that lightly since it was included with the room but still would have been nice to have better options. Other than that, I am very pleased with my stay.

We stayed here in April 2025 as a group of about 60 people on a high school band trip en route to Washington D.C. It was a late check-in, but rooms were clean & ready. Staff even opened breakfast an hour early for our group. Hotel is clean, quiet, & looks new. Breakfast included eggs & choice of meat, waffles, 3 cereals, pasties, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juices, & milk. Also, tv screen has a welcome note with the guests' names on the screen.

The front desk staff was rude, uncaring and too busy talking to each other to assist guests. Apparently, there is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE either. This hotel is NOT at the airport, and not as close as they claim. In fact, we called the hotel upon arrival for the shuttle. They advised me they were calling a BLUE CAB, and they'd be there in 15 mins. Good thing we called, as we'd already been waiting in the Arrivals/Hotel Shuttle area for about 20 mins. I was travelling with my neice and her 1 yr old. It was COLD outside, it was late, and we were tired. There were about 10 taxi cabs in the pickup line, WHY did we have to wait for a specific company to pick us up, when this hotel advertised HOTEL SHUTTLE???? We also had several bags/carseat/stroller....at 1030p....and we had to wait too long. Truly disappointing after a long travel day with a child. Once we arrived at front desk, the agent was apparently bored. She did not recognize my GOLD status, but did give me my "elite treat", a bag of potato chips & 2 starburst candies, really???? I've never seen such lack of appreciation. I don't expect any elite treats, in fact, it was embarrassing. The room was great, clean and comfy. The next morning I went to the lobby, waited for “shuttle” back to airport. There were 3 agents at the front desk, not ONE asked if I needed help or anything. I’d asked how far the airport was, and please call the taxi for me (since there’s no shuttle). They called a cab, it arrived in 10 mins, and I noticed it was a different cab company that the one used last night. I asked the front desk if I needed a voucher for this cab, again 3 agents still gossiping. The same girl looked at me like I was crazy, and said NO, but she had to call for the BLUE TAXI to take me to the airport. Why didn’t she call them in the first place??? I told her I was going to the airport! I didn’t want to wait again or miss my flight. I took the ORANGE CAB that had already arrived, and asked for a receipt. I am now very upset and baffled at the whole situation. Apparently this hotel does not want my repeat business, and doesn’t care. I will report my experience on choicehotels.com, tripadvisor and yelp and anywhere else I can. YOU need to know this hotel DOES NOT have an airport shuttle and needs to advise its guests they need to call for pickup upon arrival. I am requested a refund of the fees incurred in the amount of $25 for cab fare! In addition, I’d like 5,000 points added to my Choice Privileges account for the inconvenience! I await your reply. Thank you for your time...

The hotel and location itself is good. It's the staff that I had issues with. In my first visit when I booked the front desk clerk was very rude and condescending but I thought maybe they where having a bad day. So I thought nothing of it.

So I decided to book again last minute around 3:40pm and was accommodated of course. But plans fell through about 20 minutes later so I called to cancel my reservation and was told I couldn't because it was after 4pm (that's the time you can't not cancel, which of course they didn't inform me) and was told there was nothing that could be done and I would be charged. Reluctantly I said thank you and hung up. Disappointing but I've very understanding. But then I decided to call up again around 10:30pm and see if I could move it to the next day in hopes they would be willing to. And they said yes of course we can.

Upon the next day (since I was just trying to be spontaneous) I couldn't make it yet again. So I called and asked to move the date until the next weekend cause I knew I'd have everything in order then. I was told no I can't that they only move it once (which I was not informed) so I asked cab I cancel it again. She said no very rudely. So I asked to speak with someone that can help me better she said she'll have her immediate manager call me. I declined and said if it's your personal policy she'll tell me exactly the same thing.

Moving forward I called customer service. They canceled my booking. Gave me my cancel number but the email couldn't go through and was told to call the hotel and verify. Once I did I again was asking if my cancelation went through. She YELLED at me on the phone and said "yea we canceled it for you" and further went on to YELL "my manger said you are banned from ever booking here again.

I was and still am very confused and concerned. I not once raised my voice. I was very understanding about their individual policies so I decided to go out of the building and was spoken to like I'm a child. The management and people at the front desk need training on how to speak to people and if things don't go their ways not to act...

We came into town for a family funeral. We had 2 rooms. When we checked into the hotel and recieved key cards we immediately had issues. We had one room where the key cards would not work. When my husband went to get new key cards the gentleman had the desk continued to tell him it was our fault that we had done something to magnetic srtip when all we did was walk down the hall. We were staying there for 4 days and the first day we came back to our room and it had not been cleaned we had put our do not disturb sign out earlier and gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe we had not takes the sign off. The next day we came back and our rooms had still not been cleaned or we had not been given new linens. When we went to the desk the same guy was there and told us we had to request our rooms to be cleaned, which we had not been told at check in. When I told him we needed clean towels he said if I brought back all our dirty towels he would try and find us clean towels. I told him I had never stayed in a hotel that didn't clean the rooms. He told me he had worked in hospitality for a long time and had never heard of rooms being cleaned...when my husband took the towels down to him he said he would have to walk around and put the towels all the way down to this door. My husband refused and the man told my husband he needed to calm down when he refused. We had also requested a working iron because the one in our room did not work They said they would try and find one for us and never heard from them again!! The rooms were not very clean at all and the carpet was stained and dirty. We normally stay at the Holiday Inn across the street but unfortunately they were booked. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn again. Very...
