This Wal-Mart location is by far one of the worst I have ever been to when it comes to customer service and employees trying to help resolve issues. They are absolutely no help and seem as if they hate their job and hate being there. This includes every level of management as well. I purchased a toddler ride on toy. The shelf it was on was labled around $35 and had Minnie Mouse ride on printed on it. I had a over-tired, screaming baby so I was trying to hurry up and get out, so I just paid, but my husband noticed the total shouldn't have been that high. He got to looking at the receipt and it rang up for $60ish. Went to customer service, showed a picture of the shelf label, explained, including that there was no other label for any other Minnie Mouse product other than another ride on toy that cost more and was still on the shelf. The customer service lady called a manager over. He said they normally just offer 10% off when something like that happens. Now, let me remind you of the screaming child that I have in tow. This man didn't even offer the 10%. He just QUIETLY said "we usually just offer 10% off when that happens". No personality, no politeness, no apology, no let me fix this or make this right for you. Not even a hi, how are you. Hell not even a bye. I've had more problems with this Wal-Mart than any other store I have ever been to, EVER. I've said before that I wouldn't go back, but after this, I really will not be returning. I've never seen an ENTIRE STORE as unprofessional, miserable, unhelpful, impolite, and rude as here. They need to clean house starting with the upper management and department managers and start over, bc this location...

Read moreFirst off let me say that is was not busy at all at 9pm. We went right in and was seated. We ordered our food and it took 45 mins to get it. My wife ordered a veggie plate with a soup. Soup was good and hot when it came out. My sandwich was warm which was fine with me. Her broccoli casserole was cold and so was the Mac & chesse but the baked potatoe was still warm. Our friends food was also cold. There was 4 adults and one grandson. It was aweful when it is usually good. We asked if they had new cooks or something. The waiter said "No that is the sad part". He also said we wasn't the only one complaining about the food. Manger charged us almost full price for my wife's food when all she had was to soup that came with her meal and it was the only thing that was hot. Needless to say it will be a LONG time before we...
