Cleanliness and Family-Friendly Fun at Chick-fil-A
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick-fil-A, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the cleanliness of the establishment and the fantastic play area they offer for families.
First and foremost, the cleanliness at Chick-fil-A is exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority for them. The dining area was spotless, and the tables were cleaned promptly after each use. The floors gleamed, and the restrooms were impeccably maintained. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for their guests.
What truly sets Chick-fil-A apart, especially for families, is their outstanding play place. It's a haven for children and parents alike. The play area is not only well-maintained but also well-designed, ensuring that kids can have a blast in a safe environment. I watched as kids climbed, slid, and giggled, all while their parents enjoyed a meal nearby. It's a thoughtful addition that makes Chick-fil-A a standout choice for family dining.
In addition to the cleanliness and play area, the food and service were, as always, top-notch. Chick-fil-A consistently delivers delicious food with a smile.
Whether you're a parent looking for a clean and fun place to enjoy a meal with your kids or simply someone who appreciates a spotless dining experience, Chick-fil-A is a fantastic choice. They go above and beyond to provide a welcoming and hygienic environment, making it a restaurant I...
Read moreThis is probably the worst run Walmart in Columbus Georgia. The manager should be fired and the supervisor should be fired and the grocery section manager should be fired. They're always out of everything I need and you can't even find the manager in the store at night time to complain about the problems. I tried they couldn't load the case the manager for 30 of 40 minutes each time I come in there and the grocery manager or lady in charge of stocking doesn't wear her Walmart vest nor does she wear a name tag and she won't even tell you her name. I had to go to customer service to file a complaint against her with the 800 number for Walmart. They should shut the doors to this Walmart. They closed at 8:00 on a regular weeknight all the doors except for the one which is illegal and against fire code. They have registers on for self checkout but they have them roped off while the green lights are on so home office thinks they're open. They force everybody to one or two registers all the time making a long lines if you can even find the merchandise which they're usually out of. I wish the regional supervisor would come down and see this pitiful store cuz he would fire the manager and assistant manager and front end manager and supervisor after he saw the pitiful excuse for a store this is. It's always bad and has been for over a year or two. They need to clean house at this store and put in all new management. I believe the hiring practices in the store are probably illegal because 90% of the employees are black and untrained. This is not a racial statement...
Read moreOk service! My family and I went through the drive thru on Valentine’s Day and was immediately greeted by Zachary, he was probably the most professional employee I have come across during my 10 years living in Columbus. He greeted not only me, but my entire family and told us Happy Valentine’s Day and told us about the 30 piece special. He ensured our order was correct and also asked us if we are rewards members, which thank goodness he asked. We actually forgot to have him scan our app. Then we went to the pick up window, I could not believe the service there, it seemed like the drive thru attendant was on mute. She literally never said a word to us, no thank you, no have a nice day, come again, nothing. Chick fil a you need to do a better job on who you put to interact with families, tonight was not a good night, especially on Valentines Day. Thanks again for a ok experience and thank you to Zachary to ensure we had a great...
