Staples in Columbus, GA is hands-down one of the easiest and most convenient stores to visit when I need office supplies, printing services, or quick returns. One of the things I appreciate most is that it’s never too busy — I’ve never had to wait in a long line, and the overall shopping experience is always calm and efficient.
The customer service here is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, whether I’m looking for something specific or just need assistance with printing or shipping. They go out of their way to make sure you leave with what you need.
One of the biggest perks is how easy they make Amazon returns. It’s fast, hassle-free, and the staff knows exactly what to do. I’ve used the service multiple times, and it’s always smooth from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a store with fast and friendly service, Staples in Columbus delivers every time. It’s a go-to spot for all kinds of needs — from office supplies to quick shipping — and they make the whole process stress-free....
Read moreThe Veterans Parkway store, Columbus Georgia advertises closing at 8:00 PM, however today, Tuesday, May 20 2025 the employee locked the door at 7:57 as I was entering the store. Lastly, there are only two office supply stores in the city and like the second business, Office Depot, Staples is suffering from lack of customers. Although I choose to shop at the store, I find many of the employee’s demeanor somewhat brassy and less than friendly. I also think the African Americans find it okay to be rude to people of their own race. The Caucasian employees tend to present a more caring spirit. Attitude and tone will often speak...
Read moreI can't deny that their quality of goods is excellent. However, the price just makes it prohibitive for me in most circumstances. I can't justify spending $33 on a planner that is not nearly as nice as the Erin Condren one I can get customized for $20 more. Same thing goes with their pen prices, their holder prices etc... Unless I am looking for a specific thing that I need this immediate instant, I am going to look on Amazon or Target. to be honest, I treat it like I treat Best buy. Staples is the place where I can go in person to look and touch something that I am interested in buying, before I purchase it somewhere cheaper online.
Their staff is very friendly and wants to be helpful. But when I get asked three times in 5 minutes if I need help with anything, it is not cute anymore -- it's excessive...
