Ok so earlier today 4-12-2019 my daughter and I was walking in this store we walked in and as I see a dress on the wall that I really liked. (Mind you I’m looking for a wedding dress.) I walked up a little closer my daughter behind me trips over a metal rack and knocks down something if anyone has been in here it’s WAY too packed! You CANT move around at all. So this lady popped out of nowhere yelling screaming at me and my child saying we was running and “playing in the dresses “ VERY VERY RUDELY ( as all this was happening a rack of dresses was falling not from me or my daughter falling in my direction) kinda like she was pushing it to make it fall on me!! After so much of her screaming and saying things to me and my daughter I replied back saying we did nothing wrong , nobody was running. And she might want to chill out on the things she was saying. we was actually stand in the same exact spot where the dress was on the wall. She dropped a manikin on the floor said this is probably broke we need to call security. That’s when I spoke up getting very loud back at her saying I just watched you drop the manikin on the ground and she might want to lower her voice because nobody was doing anything! I will be making a complaint to Tuttle mall also calling them tomorrow! Please beware of this lady ( not the owner) the owner was very nice! And apologetic. The lady who was rude asked us to leave I said a few words to her and walked out! Im really bothered how we were treated by her! So badly that I will be calling the mall tomorrow morning. I don’t want anything from it just so the owner knows that people don’t need to be treated like that and her store is so pack it’s unsafe! Lucky my daughter wasn’t hurt. Read moreABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We were looking for a homecoming dress for our daughter and stumbled across this store in the mall. They do have alot of different styles & colors to choose from but you are only aloud to try on 2 per day (kind of weird but ok). After finding 2 that she liked we went to the fitting area and an employee named Monica helped us. First she paced back and forth in front of the fitting rooms and even opened the door to my daughter's room while she was changing. After my daughter selected the dress she wanted my husband noticed a blemish on the dress ( extra tulle and some of the sequence broken). Him myself and our daughter's bio-mom were discussing our thoughts on the dress. Monica decided to interrupt and say that if we don't want it we don't have to buy it. My husband told her that the 3 people who would be paying for the dress needed to discuss it and she grabbed the dress from my hands and said that we were not allowed to buy the dress anymore. Shocked i tried to get the dress back and asked her why we couldn't buy it. She said that until my husband apologized to her then it was no longer for sale to us. I was able to finally get the dress (thank goodness because my daughter was close to tears)but this morning as I'm writing this thinking I can't believe how unprofessional and rude it was for her to get into our discussion and then be mad and petty because we were having a private discussion. Read moreI visited this store in July looking for a gown for a Gala in November. The store was completely empty, yet I was told I needed an appointment to try on ballroom dresses. I understand that they focus heavily on quinceañeras and similar events, and that appointments allow for consultations. However, I made it clear that I am an adult shopping for an adult event, and I didn’t need that level of guidance.
Instead of putting me on the schedule while I was right there, I was told it would take a week before she’d “probably call me” to set something up, and that the soonest appointment wouldn’t be until October. This was after I had already explained that my event was in November. It made no sense why I couldn’t be scheduled immediately in person.
I was also told they prioritize the Hispanic community and while I understand that is their specialty, as a paying customer I still expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the promised follow-up call to put me on the schedule never came.
Overall, the entire interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I went in ready to purchase a dress months in advance, but I left with the impression that my business...
