I usually have pretty good luck at this location but recently it's harder for me to find the sizes that my family needs. I may find the size but then it marked as if it's brand new because it still has the tags on the item (clothing) but then there is a big stain or hole. I went to look for coats last winter and they had some nice looking coats with tags still in the coat but there was big blue stains that covered all the white on the coats and they still wanted $40 now I will say the ones that had slice marks in the back of the coat with the lining of the coat falling out onto the floor they had those ones priced at $25 each. š² I couldn't believe it š². I loved this ace when they have a sale though or even for summer clothes but the prices are now close to going to Walmart and buying things brand new and knowing it has nothing wrong with it and if it does I can replace it with a new one or get my money š° back. I understand the point of a thrift store is that things are used or slightly damaged but come on now get it together for the prices. Something needs to give either lower the price for stuff that's given for free and tore up or only have gently used item. I still love the kitchen supplies and the prices and some toys and there prices which is why I gave more than just 2 ā. I'm just in shock at the things I've seen the past year at this place and I will say I AM NOT A BIG THRIFTIER SO I DO NOT KNOW A LOT ABOUT THE PRICES BUT I DO KNOW I USED TO BE ABLE TO GO IN AND GET PANTS OR SHIRTS FOR MY SON AND NOT SPEND MORE THAN $4 ON A USED CLOTHING ITEM REGARDLESS OF THE NAME THAT WAS PRINTED...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's an alright store. The prices have gotten so out of hand though. It's supposed to be a thrift store & I think they forgot that. If you don't know basic prices for things or just don't pay attention, you could definitely pay more than even at an actual store brand new. I've seen it! Then they actually have sale days where everything's 50% off. Well, nope it's not that way anymore! Almost every single thing that a person might go in to find for thier house, is not on sale! Ridiculous! Not sheets, blankets, towels, curtains, rugs, pillows, pictures in frames, or anything else that someone just might need for thier home. That seems so crazy to me! Bc the prices they have on some of the household stuff is really just our there! They have quite a few used blankets & comforters. Alot of them are really out of date or just not in very good condition, but they have these blankets priced so dang high & they don't ever go on sale! I mean there's hardly none that are under $20 & if they are, they're still $16.99. Who wants to pay that for a used blanket? If you're having to go to the thrift store to look for blankets, then you probably really need them but they're just too expensive. They should be thinking about all the people that go to the thrift store bc they may not have the money to go & buy clothes or household items from a retail store. It's USED stuff that they get donated to them! They don't buy it but they sure expect everyone else too! I don't think I'll be going back into this thrift store again. It's too aggravating....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis thrift store should be closed or taken over with new management!!! A lot of people shop at thrift stores because shopping at department stores is out of their budget Or they shop at thrift stores because they enjoy buying used items vs brand new products. This location barely has ANYTHING that is used itās 85% all brand new stuff that didnāt sell at places like Kohls, Target etc. and theyāre charging outrageous prices for the things theyāre selling here. Shirts for $9.99 some Iāve seen even $12.99 (FOR T-SHIRTS). I was here about 2-3 wks ago and swore Iād never go back because theyāre charging customers way over what they should be charging and itās pure greed. Iām not sure who the manager or management is here but they need to get someone else to run this location. They had patio chairs, the hard plastic white patio chairs that almost everyone has had or does have currently on their porch priced at 24.99$ and these were used that they were given for free!!! They had a bunch of electronics that were all donated to them from the community and I couldnāt believe what they were priced at, there was a electric calculator for $29.99, they had a nightstand (this was a brand new item) priced at $49.99. This place really took all of the good and fun out of what it is shopping at a thrift...
